Absolutely terrible I placed an order that showed available for pick up for a water heater at discount online then get a call saying the item is not available that the last one was sold a week ago! A week ago why would it still be available online this store and managers are terrible!

I can’t say enough about this Lowe’s and in particular their manager Carol. First this store always has in stock what I need which isn’t always true of other stores.
I made the switch to buying appliances at Lowe’s a couple years ago because of bad experiences with customer service and warranty issues at the BB stores. Today I went back to Lowe’s cause had the terrible experience buying a specific refrigerator, Frigidaire. The fridge didn’t even last one month, two weeks in was having issues since three weeks to fridge stopped working. Manager Carol Was extremely helpful, and was able to get Lowe’s to refund me for that refrigerator, and help me select and purchase a different brand and getting everything picked up and delivered the very next day.

I bought blinds from lowes 5 years ago. They said they would be delivered in 30 days. It took 8 months for them to come and they accidently sent 2 sets of the same blinds. NOW here we are in 2024, I have a gift card someone gave me to lowes. I NEVER want to step foot in a lowes but decided because I have this gift card I would. I order a 1,300 dollar dish washer. In 30 days it stops working and lowes tells me because it is outside of 48 hours we can not do a return. I had 2 days to figure out this $1,300 dish washer would break in 30 days. I tried calling the Montgomeryville location, they answer, hang up, transfer, hang up. Lowe life is the WORST store in America. I hope one day they go out of business and spirit Halloween opens in their old stores. The worst company in America.
UPDATE!
The dishwasher warranty company sent 2 repair man out after lowes said they would not help. GUESS WHAT. Lowes installer dropped the dishwasher into a floor and didnt properly put boards underneath at the time of install. So now we can't get the dishwasher out to replace the motor on a 2 month old dishwasher. Options are to rip out the floor or never fix the dishwasher. I think last step is to contact my representation. I am tired of lowes and the lack of service.

Let me start by saying Robert Goglia Jr. Went above and beyond helping to get this sale done and keeping a future lowes customer... My order was canceled was expecting it to be delivered and a situation occurred I was furious. He did his best was polite and did his best to satisfy me as a paying customer. In today's world its far and in between he is and asset and scholar. if I had my own business he would be the type of person that would be running it.. Thank you
