Overpriced... very overpriced - expensive chain vape store that supports suprise drag queens events for children. I bought a pen here for 50$ in 2015ish not even a full size vape. Literally the worst vape shop in lansdale. These guys spend all their money on advertising to be the first result out of 10 in the area but there are 3 better stores within just 1 mile.

They have a point system where every $250 you spend they throw you a bottle of juice. One of the workers, younger dude with a beard, acts like he's doing you a favor for waiting on you. Doesn't want to answer questions, neg energy emits1from his pours. They do offer a Military discount of 10% which is always appreciated as many businesses seem to have forgotten that freedom is not free. The owner is a very nice gentleman, takes his time, explains things in detail. But it's a Vape shop.

Terrible customer service. And they respond to every review saying “this didn’t happen” and it did. I went in the morning last week and was given horrible service and had the rudest experience. I believe the representatives name was Dan? I literally watched them sell vape juice to a minor who came in without an ID. The store was dirty, and the other employee seemed more interested in their phone than helping me or the other person in the shop. I would avoid this shop at all costs. Much better vape shops in the area.

Any vape shop that has a point program is better than any vape store without; change my mind.Cool shop with cool dudes, and they have a points program that I probably didn't mention. It gets you free oils, salts, whatever. Also, they're the only one that sells a certain oil I like so I would say they're selection is a little more serious (or daresay, eclectic?) than similar shops. They're not local to me anymore but I'll keep making the trip.

First and last time shopping there. I went in for a specific mod that They happen to carry. At the counter there were 2 boxes when I checked out. One wrapped in plastic and one not. I was given the open one. Maybe it’s my fault for not questioning that before I left but the dude I bought it from seemed nice enough I didn’t think twice. I got out to my truck and opened it only to find one If the pods was scuffed up like it gets from being in ones pocket. So I immediately went back in. I’m talking like 3 min later and now there’s a women as well. She asked to help me I explained my situation and asked why was I given an open item when there were unopened ones. She immediately gave me an attitude. She said they open boxes to show people the mods which I understand. It’s called a “floor model” or “demo” which is usually the last one to sell and at a discount. I mean I just spent $60 why should I get an opened box. I went in to buy a new unopened mod. She refused to do anything to make it right. Very shady business which I will absolutely never go to again and will be telling all to stay away from.

Ron and the rest of the staff are amazing. The customer service is so refreshing. It's not only the best service I've received within the vape industry, but probably the best I've received in the customer service industry as a whole. They really care about their customers and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Without hesitence they'll go the extra mile for you. The prices are great and selection is always vast. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. I couldn't think of a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. 10/10 reccomend.

I've bought their vapes called Hyde. About 50% of them are faulty out of the box. They actually recommend opening in front of them to check it before leaving the store. I bought two as christmas presents, so I didn't open them in advance - one of them had exploded and leaked in the box and we found it when we opened it on Christmas. The worst part: when I went on the store, the person there (named Tom) said he wouldn't echange it because "a lot of things could have happened to this since you left the store." The person there when I bought it said I could exchange it no problems if I had an issue. Even though it was still in packaging with juice all over it, he said I'd have to come back when the other guy is working - as if I know his work schedule. Buy at your own risk - their stuff is faulty and the service I got was awful. If they know the product has issues, they shouldn't make exchanging the bad ones difficult.

Being this is the first time I have ever Vaped or done anything like that I needed some guidance... Both the guys in that shop were so helpful and literally dumped it down for me enough to make a decision and know what I'm doing. Thank you guys. Sincerely

What can I say Liberty vape all your needs for vaping hardware mods juice coils they probably have it in stock. Everybody super nice workers super nice would recommend Liberty vape to anybody in the area......
