Place seemed good, except I never received results in my portal, and results were not sent to my doctor. LabCorp couldn't find the record of my blood draw or test results of my blood draw. it took a few phone calls to get the right person to find my record and send out my results.

It seems like other people had issues at this location, but my experience was great. It was convenient to make an appointment online and sign in using the kiosk upon arrival. When I arrived from my appointment, I found that my doctors office hadn’t called in the paperwork. The lady at the reception desk patiently waited while I called my doctors office and got the orders sent over. The nurse who drew my blood did a great job. It was very quick, easy and painless. All in all I was in and out of the office within about 20 minutes.

The worse. Went there, not frinedly but that was the least of it. Tech was told "I have 2 arms" so she knew either was okay. She went into arm and missed vessel. I told her please dont push around thT set off a vascular response previously and I ended up having surgery whereupon she pushed and shoved into my arm, never getting the vessel and being told 4 times Stop! Take that out! Stop. Stop finally after 4th time she did. She said nothing no Im sorry , no nothing. Out gauze on arm with one line of tape. When I was out leaving about 2 minutes later looked and saw the blood was through the gauze and I had blood droplets on my arm. When I went back for her to do it properly I said agin I told you to stop. He reply "I did nothing wrong" then she blamed me for the blood coming thru the gauze telling me I should have being holding pressureon it but she never told me to do that. She never said as she put on the one line of tape you need to put pressure on this Whenn I complained to labciro with pucs of the gigantic bruise i still had 5 days later they made no reply on twitter. Someone did call a few days after xomplaint and seemed as though he could not have cared less. They are horrible in my opinion, They committed an assault on me as i told them No! stop and the tech didnt. My opinion: find another hospital or lab where labcorp isnt

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Just walked out of a walk-in appointment, 10 minutes in and out. The young ladies here were kind and compassionate, the location is clean and orderly. No complaints and will use again in the future. People complaining about bruising - this is a personal issue based on your body type and veins. The workers do not cause the bruising, this is likely your genetic make-up. The woman who handled my draw was gentle and didn't feel a thing.

This place has one really good technician named Jenna. Unfortunately the technician I had last week was awful. she took only two small vials, but it hurt quite a bit, and I still have huge bruise now 4 days later. I was also assured my test results (hormones) would be available within 2 days. It's now 3 days later and no results. Very disappointed this time around. Hours are also posted on a hand typed note on the door. Unclear as why they don't have set hours, but I don't really recommend based on my most recent experience.

The woman who drew my blood hit a nerve and gave me nerve damage. It’s very painful. I’m extremely frustrated and will not be getting blood work done here again.

My father's doctor called for a test which required a stool sample. I went on the LabCorp website and found no instructions. I left a message with the website, which acknowledged its receipt but never responded after a week. So I went to this location. The person there was a minimal help. She gave me a bag full of vials and said read the instructions because she had no idea what to do (and really didn't seem interested, anyhow). I ended up calling our insurance company nurse who walk me through the process. When I went to return the sample, the place was full and there's only one person on duty, who apparently was overwhelmed.

Poor customer service. The staff here is rude and unaccommodating. They don't care to explain policies or procedures and are pretty unprofessional. I would choose another LabCorp location if you can help it.

It was quick. Painful though. This is a week later.. still bruised! Today is Tuesday 10/26/21 and I got my blood drawn on Wednesday 10/20/21 and it still this bad. It was worse before. Indian woman did this. I would stay away from her. Never going back.

As someone who has been in customer service throughout her entire career in numerous roles, this by far has been the worst experience I have ever had in a medical environment. I arrived before the employees which is fine, but then no one greeted us, and when it was time to be seen I was met with a cold ‘what’s your doctors name’ and then told my paperwork wasn’t in system which I can understand however it was the way it was said. The lady next to me also had the same issue arise and we were both told ‘this is not our problem it’s your problem call the doctors office’. I have never felt so small and inconvenient before. I think the staff needs a course in customer service or maybe a new career if they are unhappy. Something as small as a ‘Good morning’ and ‘I’m sorry about the inconvenience, but this tends to happen’ would’ve made a huge difference in this situation.

Can only speak to my experience at this location. Had to have 7 vials of blood drawn for extensive testing and was dreading it (I faint at the sight of blood). I told the phlebotomist this (wish I could remember her name) & she was so accommodating & quick. There was no bruising and she made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be for someone who does not tolerate the sight of blood. When I have to get more bloodwork, I will ask who it was and update my review…hope this helps !
