  My husband and I recently built a custom home. As you can imagine, the task of choosing everything from tile to flooring to paint to grout colors seemed insurmountable. But then we also had to choose appliances. All of the appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We scheduled time with Matt Westerfer who listened to the things that were important to us and listened to things that we felt we (I) had to have and offered some serious, honest advice. Even demonstrating why one feature that I was very interested in is likely not the best feature for us (and he was right). He put together a proposal with four different lines to choose from. We had a few follow up questions, nothing too heavy duty, and within a few weeks made our decisions. Fast forward a few months and they coordinated delivery and installation with our builder. The amazing thing about Keiffers that you will not find at a big box store, is that Matt's service didn't end there. We had a little difficulty with a manufacturer who shall remain nameless, and after a few service calls, Matt stepped in (while at home with a newborn!) and resolved the problem for us. Keiffers is family owned and operated with happy, helpful team members...and it shows. You're not getting that at a big box store. I have told everyone how great our experience has been. Hopefully we don't need any appliances any time soon, but we will surely return to Keiffers when the time comes. ~ Michele and Carmen Daddona

  Kieffer's Appliances was nothing less than excellence from start to finish in me purchasing a garage refrigerator. From calling and speaking with Jace who gave valuable feedback about the maintenance of particular models to maximize my investment, to the delivery of the garage fridge. The guys who delivered the fridge spent the time to full assemble all parts and were extremely efficient. I plan on buying future appliances from Kieffer!

  Insufficiently trained installation technicians. I would hesitate to recommend this business to friends and family.
  
  I ordered a gas Bosch range from Kieffer's. I paid extra to have them convert it to liquid propane fuel and install it. At the end of the install they realized there was an issue with one of the electrodes used to light the burner. They offered to take the range back and bring another one, or schedule a service to have it fixed and I could use the other burners, but not the oven for some unexplained reason, in the meantime. Since the install was not complete they told me to hold onto the payment check. I decided to trust them to make it right and did not request an entirely new range as I thought that would cause undue burden to their business. The warranty service tech came out 2 days later, found that the electrode part was defective, and ordered a replacement that he would install when it arrived. I also asked him to check over the rest of the functions, and when he did, he instantly found the oven was not converted to LP correctly and was shooting flames into the main oven compartment. As anyone who lives with a young family would, I was disappointed that the gas conversion was done incorrectly and put my family and our home at risk. I reached out to my sales rep and he said he would refund the conversion and installation fee and would send out a technician that same day to fix what they could, but did not offer a concrete plan to prevent this installation error from happening to other customers in the future. Disappointing. They came out and fixed the LP conversion, but could not fix the electrode. Eventually the backordered electrode arrived and was replaced under warranty and Keiffer’s mailed a refund check for the install. Given the insufficiently trained staff and extra inconvenience of this transaction I would hesitate to recommend this business to friends and family.

  Purchased a refrigerator from Kieffer. Our salesperson Matt was very knowledgeable. He's asked us what we were interested in and directed us to our specific models. He was not aggressive in trying to over sell something, which we were not interested it. I really appreciated this and would definitely purchase from Kiefer again

  Our salesperson, Matt, and Keiffer's have been great to do business with! The freezer on our Whirlpool decided to quit just a few months after the warranty expired? We contacted Matt, he reached out to Whirlpool, they sent out a service tech and the fridge I love is up and running?Thanks to Matt and Keiffer's for all the time and attention given to help get the job done! Much appreciated!! ??

  We had never purchased appliances from Kieffers before, probably because we thought they would be morr expensive then the box stores. Boy were we wrong. We had the pleasure of working with Connie P. Who spent the better part of an hour discussing the ins and outs of french door refrigs. Not only that she printed up info sheets on 6 different refrigs, along with their pricing, so we could take them home and decide. It turns out our final choice was $400 cheaper than a big box store. Kudos to you Connie!

They really took their time and helped me to remove old dryer lint and debris before attaching our new machines. They were clean and quick and very thorough.
