Worst car place I’ve ever been to. VERY RUDE PPL. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
New to the area and this place was closer to work so been there 3 times and have been ripped off and disrespected all 3 times. 100% believe that some of the high reviews are from relatives or paid for as everytime I was there customers were only complaining.
1st time – went for oil change at 3.45pm. Clearly told them I’ll be waiting and was kept await till 6pm and then was told, with an attitude that.. cant take your car today..Next time just drop car for whole day and left.
2nd time –I called them ahead of time, took the date they give me for oil change and went there. I was told it should not take more than 30-45 min. so I decided to stay. I was kept await for 2 hour 30 min. and then was told it seems one of the tire is puncture and 3-4 other expenses and was old with inspection coming up in next 2 months I should make these change. To which I don’t know why I agreed because that was a rip off and fraud as the job was not done on those things which they just collected money. I was told that they ordered tire and will do the other jobs next day. When I came to pickup the car they chaged me $930. Same tire got flat in less than 2 weeks and I went back to see if there was a warranty covered and the guy in charge looked at me with an attitude and angrily shaking his head. After 1hour 30 min. one of the employee came and told me it was because they yank’ed it..
3rd time – Took appt. and went for inspection after 6 weeks since they recommended and did job on the car 6 weeks back I assumed there shouldn’t be any more expenses. To my surprise. This time I was kept await 35 min. only and was told there’s an expense of $1050 if I pay in cash would be $980.. to counter that I said you guys told me 6 weeks back I only needed rotors and 2 other things changed for car inspection which I did and this new expense wasn’t even brought up. Owner’s son who’s in charge replies back with attitude.. Pay inspection fee and take it somewhere else.
In all my visits, I noticed that guys who came 45-hour after me, gets their thing done in few min. and leave. Owner’s son was consistently rude with everyone. Place is a ripoff. Cuz ones I took the car to another garage that work peer recommended they said.. neither oil change was done, all car rotars were as is and were not changed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Have been going here for years, and I’m so very happy with the service. Despite moving, I still drive 30- 40 minutes to JN because I am impressed by their work, what they diagnose is real, and I know they are genuine in their pricing. It’s a real ‘shop’ - so don’t expect fancy remodeled waiting rooms and marble floors like at the dealer, BUT do expect people that care, much more affordable pricing, and dependable service without ‘surprise add-o a’. So happy places like this still exist in today’s world - a real Honest shop with honest pricing and work. :)

I am extremely grateful for this superb automotive repair business. My starter went out on the holiday weekend, in the parking lot of Redner’s Market. I was a bit frustrated and anxious. I looked this business up online, read the reviews, and then I called and spoke to the owner via phone to see if his business would be able to do the repair I needed right away. The owner was kind, and professional. My car was towed to this business and two and a half hours later my car was back up and running with my new starter!This business was kind, professional, and so efficient. Five stars for sure, it feels good to be serviced at a good establishment during a time in our wold when so many take advantage of others.I highly recommend this establishment, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you JN Auto Service, I am extremely pleased and grateful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is great! So trust worthy! The manager is the man! True to his word! I called 2 times during the week to get in for an inspection. He told me to come in the second time at 9 am I was seen right away just like I was told! JN auto…. A service you can trust! Ain’t that the truth. Even though i had the breathalyzer in my car they treated me like I didn’t! Painless! Thanks I’ll be back for my future maintenance! Merry Christmas!
