Inefficient and Disappointing Experience - Despite initial friendliness, Frank Kapica showed little interest in providing assistance. The expectation of extensive prior knowledge in their field was off-putting. There was a lack of genuine concern for my success, as evidenced by dismissive interactions and failure to follow up after submitting personal documents. Communication channels were unresponsive, with the phone system proving particularly frustrating. Overall, for newcomers seeking help with complex tax returns, I recommend seeking assistance elsewhere.

What a major disappointment!!!My tax preparation for 2022 was actually less involved than the year before so it should not have taken any more time! WRONG!!!!! The employee comes up with an excuse that it will take longer and I need to reschedule for another day. Keep in mind there was less preparation this current tax period than the one before. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!H&R Block makes their money by raking up extra time on your tax preparation! CLIENTS BEWARE!!!!Corporate will also be advised of this mistreatment of their customers! Well now I am a FORMER CUSTOMER!!Don't waste your time and money with these people who are only in it to make money off of senior citizens!!!!Based on input from other CPA's I had overpaid for 2021.

Our tax accountant Amita Ambegaonkar is the best accountant we have ever had. This is our 6th year with Anita. Even though we moved away from the Lansdale area, we still drive to the Lansdale office because of her accounting expertise, and more importantly her lovely demeanor. She gets us a huge refund annually. Lastly my daughter drew a picture for Amita 3 years ago, which is still in her hung in her office to this day.
