These guys went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. When it comes to my cars I'm very picky and difficult to please. They exceeded my expectations, I truly can't thank these guys enough for their kindness and attention to detail. Hands down the absolute worst experince I've ever had with a garage. Do yourself a favor and go to a mechanic that actually cares about their work and is organized. This garage is a complete mess and a waste of time.Took my van here to get inspected a few months back only to get a call that it would cost an arm and a leg. Went through with it and it took them over a month to finish work on my car. With no updates and John gave same run around every time I called. When it was "finished" they didn't even have my car pulled out front. I had to manuver it out of the back after hours. After getting home and checking the bill, they didn't even finish doing all the work they had billed me for. When I called them about it there wasn't an apology. Just said "It was overlooked". Brought the car back and they said it would be ready in the next few days.After I picked it up I checked to see if they did the work they said and they STILL didn't do it! Even after I called the day I was planning on picking it up and they said it was finished. Had my car sitting in their lot for a week and did absolutely nothing. My family and I used to have these guys are our regular mechanics and I will never go here again. It's gone completely down hill. Don't go here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hauck's was recommended to me by a former mechanic who has been using them to years. I figured if he uses them then they must not only be good be also trustworthy. I've been using Hauck's for the past 4 years and have found them to be very professional, honest, and reasonably priced. They only do the work that needs to be done and you don't have worry about them doing something extra that really doesn't need to be repaired.
