I visited Bergey’s Kia new facility recently to get 6 months maintenance service. They did it quickly and with professional manner. The site was very neat and convenient. I am satisfied with their kind service for my Kia Sportage Hybrid car.

Transparent, stress free buying experience. Austin helped our family get into a new Telluride that checked the boxes for us. He was easy to deal with and straight forward. The dealership itself is new and welcoming. Check them out, they come recommended and I know why now.

I went in expecting to schedule an oil change for a week or so later and to my surprise they were able to do it right then. George and Patrick always take care of their customers. It made my life so much easier that I could get the oil change done right then and I’m extremely grateful for their accommodating mindset. I get all my work done there and will continue to do so.

I had a great experience at Bergey’s Kia. Our salesperson, Chang You, made the process so simple and easy. He was very helpful throughout the entire process of ordering a new Kia. I could not recommend Chang enough! I will definitely tell my friends and family to go to Bergey’s Kia because the price can’t be beat, and also, the staff are first class. Thank you Bergey’s and Chang You!

The experience is always up scaled. Really, top quality treatment or so I thought.Although I was taken in earlier than my scheduled appointment date, I left feeling less important. As other cars were ready to leave a question was asked " would you like the car washed today?"Speaking to another person waiting, he assured my car would also get the quality care but no ... Very much service with a smile but no extras.I drove off with an off putting feeling.

The service department was amazing to deal with! Having a bad experience at another local Kia dealership, Bergey's actually made me feel truly valued as a customer. I felt like George (and Patrick) kept it real with us the entire time. There were some minor inconveniences that I had to deal with, and George apologized, even though it really wasn't his fault. The other dealership only cares about a payment.My husband and I were to the point that we were going to be done with Kia (having our last 4 vehicles be Kia's.) Bergey's has restored our faith!! Excellent customer service!! I cannot thank George and Patrick for taking the time to talk to this neurotic person! They were both incredibly patient and HONEST!! Definitely worth the drive from Quakertown to avoid the other dealership. It is nice to feel valued as a customer.

The sales rep, Sarah, was very knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciated the patience she had with my decision-making. The dealership worked with me to find the deal that met my needs. The staff wereFriendly, and the showroom is beautiful. I would highly recommend Bergey’s Kia.

I called trying to see if they had the exact color combination I was interested in. Chang was able to order a car with that color combination for me. When the order was delayed the were able to find me the exact color combination from a friendly dealer and did a swap. I wanted to know the exact price before coming in and they gave me exactly what they promised. Very good business practice.

Top service, if you wanna pay for everything top quality. If you can DIY via YouTube video, I'd highly recommend the latter. $$$

Service department overcharges, damages your vehicle, and could not care less. Sure, they tell you how great their service is when you are buying the vehicle, saying how they always wash the car when its in for service. They never do and the service department is incompetent including the manager who is afraid to talk to customers

We had an awesome experience purchasing my new 2024 KIA Telluride. Stuart Rovner, our salesman, was very patient and knowledgeable. Several different customers were very interested in my vehicle, but we were ultimately the new owners. We were thrilled with Bergey KIA dealership and we are as thrilled with our new vehicle.

I had my 2014 Optima in for service, The car has its issues and they did a excellent job of explaining my options to me. I will get my cars serviced there again!

Major DISAPPOINTMENT with the SERVICE department. The two times I have had to drop my car off I have had to call towards the end of the day MYSELF to get a update/status of my vehicle. The most recent time I was supposed to get a shuttle to the dealer to get my car when finished. When they called and asked if I still needed one even after me stating when making the appointment and on the drop off envelope that I needed one. When they asked where I was located because they had to work me into the multiple other shuttles they had it sounded to be an inconvenience . So due to it sounding like an inconvenience I was thankfully able to find a way to get there.Another major issue that I have come across with them is you can almost NEVER get anyone on the phone for any reason I called 6-7 time in a hour period to try and schedule my appointment.
