Maintenance at Forge Gate is great, and I am not an employee! I am a 7 year resident, they are attentive to needs. Barbara S, theProperty Manager is very understanding and will help with any Apartment issues. Thank you. I gave 5 stars, because my experience has been positive since I have been living at Forge Gate, can't speak for anyone else.

Nice place to live, neighbors are good, but maintenance is awful, and they definitely take the easy, cheap way out! Rent is way too high as well, but that is everywhere now a days.

I recently moved to US from India, and I have taken a 2BDR apartment at Forgegate. I liked the apartment complex and the apartment. Trisha from Leasing office management, helped us a lot in getting our application processed very quickly. She was very patient and helpful.

Noise insulation isn’t the greatest and infrastructure could use improvement in some apartments. This is mainly in regards to the loud and disruptive, squeaky living room ceiling/floorboards of my upstairs neighbor. It doesn’t make it any easier that the individual has been made aware of it multiple times by me (and I think management as well, I’ve noticed them previously), yet continues to occupy that particular spot on a daily basis in spite of them knowing that it’s disruptive to their downstairs neighbor. It became obvious when I had guests over on multiple occasions: the upstairs neighbor would very noticeably, linger around above, suddenly walk softly (basically tippy toeing compared to how he usually walks) and avoid the loud spot on the floor the entire time my guests were here (which was for a few hours). Then the moment my guests left, the upstairs neighbor began walking over /occupying that squeaky spot on the floor as usual.The sound is loud enough to hear from the bedroom. I understand that a neighbor’s actions are out of management’s control which is why I just say: *noise insulation* and *infrastructure* could some improvement. Would’ve given 4 or 5 stars had it not been for that reason. Anyone who’s considering living here or any apartment really, should consider keeping perhaps ear plugs around for “just-in-case” circumstances like described above.Aside from that, management has been easy/pleasant to work with and they’re responsive. Lansdale is a relatively peaceful place to live and there are plenty of parks to visit in the area.

Maintenance came in while I wasn't home and took care of my issues very quickly. I'm a new resident and am very pleased.

Tried to call during regular business hours for an apartment tour but nobody picked up the call at 12 pm. Same thing at 3pm but nobody picked up.

just moved in and already had my car door hit twice by neighbors who do not care what so ever. nice place and i like it but very annoyed with this..

Just moved in just last month and have loved it so far. Well kept apartment, wonderful pool, and easy drive to everything we need. LARGE closets are a lifesaver.Our kids love the plush carpets (and likely our downstairs neighbors do too ;) and are big fans of the playground right in the middle of the yard.We are lucky to have found a 3 bedroom place right in the area we plan to search for a new home. It was the perfect landing place for us.

Very nice place to live.. its near everything and the apartments have recently been all remodeled. The community is very nice and works hard at keeping its residents happy.

The management staff is very welcoming- the people in the community are friendly- I enjoy taking my walks in the morning in the neighborhood and waving hello.

Love this place. I have been here about 2 years now. The office staff and maintenance staff are fantastic. Anytime I have ever had any issues they were right on them fixing them. The apartments are bright, well maintained and professionally run. Snow removal and landscaping are priority. I plan on being here for a long time to come.

Horrible. the parking lot is one big playground, if you live on the first floor you need to keep your blinds closed because kids will come right up to your windo and look in, you can only fill up your laundry card if you don't have a job and are around during the hours that the management is open (9-6), the pool was unable to be used until Labor Day and then it closed right down, no credits on our rent for the amenities we pay for but can't use because we have jobs (fitness center is only open during office hours), management plays favorites, the rental bikes are being ridden by 10 year olds through the parking lots (supposed to only be for 18 and older. ) Fixtures are cheap and outdated. Do not move here. You'll regret it for the entirety of your lease.

Enjoyable environment-Lived at Forge Gate 2+ years and it was an enjoyable time. I had a 3 Bedroom/2 bathroom that my family and I felt at home. Maintenance guys were GREAT, they always took care of my work orders within 24 hrs or the same day, they were very professional and very nice! Barbara and Kate in the leasing office were very nice/friendly as well and all my issues were resolved in a timely manner! My family and I enjoyed living here, will miss seeing the deer's outside. Wish the rent didn't go up so MUCH every year because I would of stayed. I would recommend Forge Gate to anyone looking for an apartment.

Queit neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, awesome staff, good amenities. Good school district. Plenty activities to do. Close by stores and restaurants. Great location!
