“I was a patient of this practice from the 1990's to 2014, when a doctor persuaded me to take all my business to Einstein. I became a patient of Broad Axe Family Practice. This spring Dr. Luetke and Dr. Overton moved over to LMG from Broadaxe, and I followed my primary, Dr. Luetke, over to LMG, and saw her last week. I am very familiar with Dr. Klinger and Dr. Nowadny and I respect them both. Now with the additions of these new doctors to LMG, that practice has an outstanding staff. The decor of the Landsdale practice has not changed since the 1990's”

“Recently went to an appointment for an annual physical. I could not have been happier with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and accomadating ,beginning with Robin at check in and Heather at check out. The office is extremely busy and they always take time out to ask about family, vacations, etc. Jenny, the MA, is fantastic and very knowledgeable and efficient. She had me laughing the whole time!
Dr. Felizadeh was phenomenal. She, along with her medical student, examined me from head to toe. She took her time, asked questions, did not rush me, and really made me feel we were a team!

“Dr. Christopher Drumm is by far the best doctor I have EVER had the pleasure of being a patient of. His bed side is not only extremely professional and attentive but he truly treats patients as HUMANS and not just an insurance claim to be submitted for. He gives you every single possible option for treatment/or care, when acceptable, as well easing any worries. HE LISTENS! TRULY LISTENS. This is sooo hard to find anymore. I will forever be a faithful patient to Dr. Drumm!”
“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”
“Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need.I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.”

She always listens to and address any concerns about my health I may have. I saw Alena Blain, CRNP last night with some leg pain. She was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable as well and answered all the questions I had. I felt cared for confident with my care and had an amazing experience with Alena. It is great to know there are so many amazing providers at Broad Axe!”
“I have been going to this practice for years and I would have been inclined to agree with many of the previous reviews. Good doctors, but poor office management.Today however, when I called for a referral expecting an answering machine, I was answered by a real person! She was extremely helpful in helping me take care of my request and assisted me with other questions outside of the referral. Let’s hope this trend continues!”

“Have been a patient at Green & Seidner for roughly two years, as I followed my 20+ year PCP, Anthony Rodriguez, here from another practice. First, I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Rodriguez. He’s a genuinely caring person which is part of what makes him such a wonderful doctor. Always upbeat and positive, never ever rushes an appointment along, actually listens, and does his best to work with you as opposed to being condescending and talking at you. He has gone above and beyond more times than I can recall. G&S are lucky to have him.
Second, as far as the administrative staff, I have only been to the actual office on my first visit, and it was unusually crowded, but the woman working the door did the best she could. Since I live almost an hour away I have telehealth visits but have to occasionally speak with the staff, and with a few exceptions, have never encountered any outright rudeness. I know they’re busy and I’m sure it can be frustrating so if they’re short on the phone sometimes I don’t take it personally. Overall, highly recommended. Would give 5 stars if only they weren’t so far away & if my health insurance was in network with them.”
