This location was by far one of the cleanest and well organized storage units that I have seen. You can 100% tell that the staff genuinely take pride in their workspace and care about the comfort of their clients. Samantha was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly friendly, thorough, patient and kind. Her positive demeanor is ultimately what had me sold! If you're in the area and need extra storage space, definitely give this location a shot!

Samantha was terrific! She listened to what we needed, gave us a couple of options and showed us the storage units that met our needs. She even walked us to the units and showed us how far they were from the entrance and the elevator. Samantha made the check out process quick and simple. We would highly recommend Samantha and Extra Storage Space to all our friends and family!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Staff is wonderful. Movers were there unloading and found our unit was too small. ESS Rep jumped right in and got us a unit close and expedited all of the paperwork to make it work. Units are clean and easy to load. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and use them again if we needed.

Samantha was the best! From the moment we walked in the door she showed the utmost concern and care. She helped us find the right insurance for our belongings and she signed us up for automatic payments to take some of the stress away. The facility is spotless clean and the unit is easily accessible and the perfect size, as she recommended. Was by far the best experience I’ve had ever with a storage facility. Will recommend and already have!

I used a unit for 3 months. Very affordable option in comparison to the Delaware County area. Move in and move out process was very smooth. Kind, helpful management. Clean storage spaces and hallways. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.

Very clean and modern storage, well priced. Staff is outstanding - cordial and effective. Our 5x10 unit was a breeze to get and put to use. The self serve carts are always there to use. Recommend, two thumbs up.

I recently rented a 10x15 unit in Lansdale, PA — the facility and unit are clean and secure. It’s easy to navigate for customers yet clearly demonstrates excellent security precautions. I worked with Samantha who was incredibly professional and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was very quick to point out additional benefits for customers if interested in securing a better overall rental deal. I’d recommend this company due to its seamless, customer-oriented, secure experience.
