Rooms are very standard but Ok. They are clean and the staff is friendly.
The hotel is good value for money but not your holiday resort or anything. You need a car if you will be staying here. Or of course use ubers and or lyfts

Extremely nice stay. Check in girl was courteous and actually seemed interested in conversation which can be a rarity. On a long road trip and picked this place blindly. The beds were so soft, the room felt luxurious. Was in a quiet area of town with good food options. Thoroughly recommended for anyone not wanting to stay in the heart of Philly.

My room was clean, AC worked well, staff were friendly. Lisette alone will make me wish to return as her constant and genuine smile was just infectious and made me feel welcome after a long day of work. My only complaint is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. As an elite member, I would have expected to have a room with a microwave. I just ate my food cold.

Generally consistent with other courtyards - wifi didn’t work for the duration of the stay, very frustrating. The restaurant hours have been scaled down to close at 10pm instead of later.

At the end of my 3 nights here, just want to drop a quick line and chat about how fantastic Miguel and Kylie have been at the bar this week. I've enjoyed every moment I've spent here. My room has been clean, my food has been great, and these two have brightened the week for this traveller who hates travelling. My week has been better because of the two of them. If everyone lit a candle as bright as they have, we could light up the whole world. Thank you all for taking care of me this week! - Damon

Absolutely beautiful and spacious room. The hotel staff were very helpful. It was a business trip, so I didn't get to explore the area much. The hotel restaurant has good choices of food. However, there is a lovely Mexican restaurant that is close too. About 3-5 minutes walk away. I had a great experience at Courtyard Philadelphia Lansdale.

Stayed here with my wife and son to visit family over the weekend. One of the worst Marriott's I have stayed at. The room was supposed to have a balcony, it did not. I asked for complementary water, and they did not have any (I am a member). I asked the person at the desk to give me credit for a prepaid breakfast that I was not going to use and was told they could not because I booked thru expedia. So I asked to at least not charge me extra for one breakfast that I did use but went over the $40 limit for 2 people. I was told they would not but then was charged anyway. The people at the check in desk had the attitude like they were bothered by questions

Ashley and Hannah at the front desk are fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly
Rooms: Many different options of room size and style.
Nearby activities: Excellent access to PA Turnpike. Great restaurant options, including the Porch within the facility
Food and drinks: The Porch restaurant on premises is very nice but there are many nearby options too. Great location.

I am a Platinum Marriott Member and this will be my last stay at this hotel. The staff are rude, service was horrible.. Room wasn’t properly cleaned, AC/Heat didn’t work properly, and I was over charged for my room.. oh and also no complimentary anything even for Platinum members! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Super friendly staff and very clean rooms! Only negative feedback is that there should be more staff at the restaurant. The wait for the food was over one hour. There was only one person working with at least 30 people in the restaurant. Took a very long time. However I highly recommend this hotel!

I've been here several times and I'll plan to return again next time I'm in the area.Positives:+ Things just feel new. From the furniture to the carpets to the bathroom tiles, stuff just feels like it's either well-maintained or recently installed. It helps make the rooms feel sparkling clean.+ The staff is pleasant.+ There's plenty of parking. Also, it snowed while I was there and the lot was shoveled/plowed very promptly.+ The gym/fitness center is great. There's plenty of equipment, all in good shape. There's a ton of light which makes it pleasant to be in. And there's enough space for multiple guests to use without feeling too close.Negatives:- The bathroom has only a passive vent, not a real fan to remove humidity or smells.- There wasn't great sound insulation between rooms, so we did hear our neighbors at times.
