Had a boiler installed and loved the sales guy we worked with - he made it clear if we paid in full promptly they would include a small discount. There were some issues after install with the wiring after the job was complete which we were understanding about and allowed them to come rectify the following month. Then the holidays hit and after one month was able to connect with billing to pay IN FULL and we were informed that the "prompt pay" discount we were promised was no longer available to us. I asked for a little grace and understanding on the one month and got told to pound sand that that I was being "confrontational" simply for asking to pay what we were originally quoted due to the correctional work they had to come do and Christmas time craziness. Explained paying in full was part of the reason the sales guy said we would be given a small discount and we were still doing that....but NO - not honored and not what company did, so we asked about our payment plan options since there was no discount anymore and the owner himself told me NO - they would not work with us on payment plans and then threatened to sue me for non-payment and try to come take the equipment back like I was some monster if I didn't pay the new bill with all of the additional charges in full today! Really nice way to treat a busy hard working mom of 4 kids under 10. This company lost all of my respect and our future business. We ended up paying in full and lost over $1,000 due to miss communications between sales and billing and a company owner who doesn't know how to put his customers over his own greed...find someone else to work with if you don't want to get bled dry for your hard earned money. ZERO grace and ZERO flexibility with Walton...sad to see how they are running this once community respected company into the ground. This is NOT how they used to do business. Such a shame.

We needed service on our heater one chilly morning. Service technician, Avery Fox, came to our home. Of course when he checked the heater he could not find anything wrong & of course when he turned it on it started, Murphys Law.At the time of the visit my husband was having some mobility issues & asked Avery if he could retrieve his checkbook & phone. He did that for my husband & he was so grateful. We have used Waltons for service for years now & I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The people that work at Walton's are always friendly and ready to help. I was concerned that we only had 1/4 tank of oil and was afraid that we would run out b/4 the next delivery. They were kind enough to come out early. I felt much better! We have been customers for years,and will continue to be. Thanks,Waltons!

We have been Walton customers for 3 years, and have found everyone to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, very attentive. We get oil delivered automatically, paying with a convenient budget plan. Recently, Walton replaced our 20+ yr old central air conditioning unit. First Walton sent a representative to our home to assess our needs, he explained the best unit for our home, installation process, and costs, including several available rebates. The job took 3 days; the service techs were courteous, took care of our property, cleaned up, disposed of all trash, and certainly knew what to do with the equipment. I was impressed by their use of carpet runners to cover carpets, & floors, including stairs. I would recommend Walton to anyone looking for new AC or heating systems.

I have been a Walton’s customer for many, many years and I would highly recommend them! They have serviced and maintained my oil heater and delivered my oil too. The HVAC service technicians are very knowledgeable, polite, prompt and very dependable. The oil delivery servicemen are always on time, friendly and very reliable. I have always had superior service from Walton’s and will continue to have their service as my reliable oil/ heating company. Donna W.

Simple, but if it does not happen… not so simple! Walton, Inc delivers on time and answers my questions clearly. I end up calling 3-4 times a year, am always met with courteous and clear responses, and I have used ALL their plans…. pay in advance, budget, and pay as you go. Each suited me and my life circumstances best at different times and all were explained clearly in such a way that I could choose what was best for me at the time. I like their flexibility….I’ll be a customer for life!!

This is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. Being a customer of over 20 years I would never switch for any reason. If is really nice to see a company that has kept its core values that were started by the original Walton's. If you are looking for a new oil company and you want someone who still cares about a customer make sure you contact them.

Walton has taken care of our heating & cooling needs for over 20 years. Our technician is always punctual and professional. When it came time to replace our a/c unit, Walton's price was more than reasonable and installation took place within just a few days of our phone call. We would highly recommend Walton.

When we bought our home 37 years ago the realtor recommended Waltons. We have been with them ever since. They installed central air in our 1955 house. Later a new furnace and oil tank. They service all of it annually. We contract for oil annually so no surprises. Good company. Good service. Now if oil prices would come down!

Walton's has serviced my heating system, air-conditioning system and gas log since I bought my home 26 years ago. They also deliver my heating oil and liquid propane. Simply put, I trust them. They have earned that trust by providing years of consistently excellent service and products.

Having been both a homeowner and landlord for 40 years, I've hired my share of contractors. Unfortunately in all that time, Clyde S. Walton is one of VERY few I was completely satisfied with. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future. They absolutely go above and far beyond in my experience. Competitively priced, communicate, punctual, and neat. Service techs have all been pleasant!

Very disappointed with Walton's and won't be doing business with them any longer. I used them for my oil heat and service and wanted an estimate for a few ductless mini split units installed so I called Walton's. They were the only company I was going to go with and had the deal in the bag since I already did business with them. Kevin C came out to do the evaluation and from the start I didn't get a good feeling about it. Kevin made up issues that weren't actually issues and refused to get me an estimate. He stated everything from company policy (not allowing more than 3 heads) to bad electrical that needed attention. I reached out a few times inquiring about the estimate and even reached out to Hailey requesting a supervisor call me back. I submitted two requests for Chris and Scott Walton (owners) to contact me. No one from Walton's ever followed up on the supervisor request or anything else. I ended up spending $21,000 with SILA for a brand new system and install. Non of the issues Kevin C brought up were actual issues and the units worked perfectly keeping us cool during the summer. I am terribly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, the lack of customer service/support and I will not continue using Walton's.

I had Walton's install two full AC/heating systems since moving into my Amble townhouse in 1997 and had frequently yearly check ups. My house was hit by the 9/1/21 tornado, I moved back in after 13 months in 10/22 I called for a maintaince and complete check up before needing heat. The EARLIEST I could have an appointment was Jan of 2023, I got a recommendation for another company who came out within a week. You lost a good customer in me.

Before I switched to Walton my previous co.let me run out of oil twice in the winter. Never had this problem with Walton. Every tech that has serviced since I switched has been professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend Walton to anybody looking for a reliable dealer.

I have been a Walton customer for 40 years! My parents were customers before me when they moved into their house in 1956. With Walton being a family owned business, you become family too! They are always there, day and night when you need them the most. They made accommodations that went above and beyond for my family when it was needed (sick family member). I have and will always refer Walton Oil because they are a good honest family company that doesn't take advantage of their customers. I feel as if I've grown up with all the generations and they all truly care first and foremost! You'd be crazy not to give them a call.
