I can't say enough good things about Cardinal.
People- I've met and talked with a few of the people there, including Kurt, Claire, and Shane, and they're all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
Prices- They aim to beat the prices of popular online competitors and have handily done that for me multiple times. Especially during sale events, which are quite often, the prices are fantastic.
Service- When there was a very minor problem with my new lens that other stores might not even have considered a problem, they took it seriously and immediately ordered me a new one that came in next business day; I was *majorly* impressed with how they handled this and it made me feel valuable and well taken care of which was a 180 from my uncertainty about the problem on my expensive new lens. I can't overstate how much that comfort mattered to me.
Community- They run lots of classes and events. I went to the photo walk at the lavender farm last year and it was well run, a great learning experience, and lots of fun. I also went to the anniversary event this month and again it was great. They really put work in to engage with those of us lucky to live nearby and it shows.
It's a huge win shopping here over big-box online stores; better prices, better experience, supporting local business and keeping our money local, and you can handle the products and walk out with your stuff the same day you buy it!

I just bought a new Fuji camera and lens from Cardinal Camera and I was very impressed with them. I live about an hour from their store so I decided to contact them by text from their website. They gave me a very fair price for the camera and lens, and I decided to have them ship it to me. It was shipped quickly and is exactly what was promised. Kurt was so easy to deal with, and I am very happy with the purchase. I will definitely go back to Kurt when I'm ready for my next lens.

Everyone at cardinal camera was extremely helpful and accommodating. The customer service was great and I after just one visit, I was already recommending them to people I know. It’s a great spot with a good selection of cameras and equipment

Absolutely spectacular service. Came for the 25th anniversary event and was assisted by Shane. Super friendly and helpful guy. You can tell that they actually care about their customers.
Insanely happy every time I leave with gear from cardinal!

Most Definitely the biggest store for Sony Items in terms of the availability of anything you are looking for.
Kurt is very nice to deal with and very addictive , be careful talking to him , he will give such awesome deals , you cant leave with empty hands. :)

Fast for 35mm film development in the area but my scans did not come out great.
I can see white edges and streak marks on my photos and was expecting a higher quality scan for the price per roll. I am not sure which scanner they used/the resolution and should have checked. Hoping I can pickup my negatives and have them rescanned somewhere else.

After spending over 8K with Cardinal Camera on multiple bodies and lenses, and only having 1 issue, I believe the customer service is great when things go right or are no issues. But after purchasing 5 items and simply having an issue with 1, the customer service becomes defensive, and a little on the hostile side. Its simply sad and I will take the rest of my business elsewhere.
