Mark is excellent. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Yes I know taxes are not normally in the "fun" category but this place makes it an enjoyable process. Wanted help getting a wage tax refund. Spent so much time submitting stuff to their portal, writing clarifications, emailing back and forth. They basically gave me an incorrectly filled out form and told me to do everything else. What did i pay you hundreds of dollars for? Do not go for help with wage tax refunds, they'll say they can help then they wait until the last second (turnaround time of about a month) to prepare your taxes. Then they give you an incorrectly filled out form and tell you to do it yourself. Several years later, multiple attempts on my part finally got part of the refund, missed out on hundreds of dollars because I was just so sick of it. What's frustrating is that the mistake was so simple and easy to correct if done right the first time by someone knowledgeable. Probably should have gone to a CPA.
