“This is a shout out to Claudia who works in the Hatfield Lowes on Forty Foot Road. She is friendly, offers assistance and answers questions. She takes the time to walk me to the item I am looking for. She should be recognized for her customer service, which is something lacking in many businesses today. The service provided by Claudia is not a "one off". I have had this experience with her several times in the past couple of years. Thank you Claudia! Sheila R”

“Always helpful staff that says hello as you walk by, and they almost always know where everything is. It is a little expensive but you're going to get exactly what you were looking for if you're trying to make home renovations, doing DIY projects, or looking to get some new plants for your garden or home!”

“I've been to many material yards up and down the east coast and you can catch hell at most of them if it's your first time there. Not at Plymouth materials. The guys in the office and loaders are good people with good attitudes. Believe me that's rare. Easy 5 stars”

“Kitchen remodel major renovation! I cannot say enough good things about the designer, Amy, and the contractor, Steve. Absolutely awesome! However, customer service at Lowes another subject. Always put on hold, never any true answers. Spent over $40,000 on a new kitchen, so happy with the result thanks to Amy and Steve. Couple of issues including one with new electric, had problems shortly after install that were promptly fixed. Now that it has been several months over a year (warranty) electric issues again. Call to Lowes on a Sunday after waking up to no electric, I am told they cannot help me since it is over a year! Asked to speak to manager, told no manager on duty. Really?! No manager?! Told I would have to pay for electrician for their faulty install! Contacted contractor who promptly fixed the problem! Steve is beyond awesome! So, kudos to designer and contractor, beware customer service, no help at all. Be prepared to be frustrated but ask for Amy and Steve to outweigh customer service!”
