My AAA ticket was dispatched to bobs. Waited over 3 hours, was told at one point driver was wrapping up a tow and then would be over shortly. After an hour, I called back and was told wait was another 2+ hours.

I cannot recommend Bob's Auto Clinic highly enough. My recent experience with their team, especially their tow truck driver Serif, was simply outstanding.
I found myself in a bit of a predicament with my WRX and needed it towed. Understandably, I was concerned about the safety of my vehicle given its significant investment value and personal importance. From the moment Serif arrived, it was clear that I was in capable and caring hands.

I came home from a long trip and my truck wouldn’t start. I called AAA and a service technician came to my house, diagnosed the battery issue and replaced it with a new one. Wry happy with the convenience and service.

I had to call AAA because of a flat tire and they sent Heather out from Bob's Auto Clinic. She arrived less than a half an hour later and not only did she quickly change the tire but just as importantly, she was friendly personable, and professional. Thanks Heather.

Again, Bob Adams delivers! I had multiple issues with my Jeep, and they were all addressed with a phone call and how to proceed. They gave me the option to deal with now or later as some tasks were going to cost me coin. A+++

The only reason I left one star was because it was the only way I could write a review otherwise it would be zero stars!! or negative stars if I could??.. pray to God you don't need to get your car towed!!!??I forget the guy's name but he was the most disrespectful ,,rude person I ever met in my life !and that's saying something..lol... as he pulled up he asked me" what's wrong with the car" I began to explain the symptoms to him and I didn't get two words out of my mouth before telling me to "back the f up and move out of my way"HUH!!!???..
I was nowhere near him to begin with??... absolutely lunatic!!... I then went to sit in the passenger seat to drop the car off and he wouldn't let me get in!!??" "Nobody drives with me at all"he says to me??!!.... so I couldn't even go to the station that my car is being towed to to explain the reason it's being towed!!??.. left me stranded on the road.. luckily I could get Uber home which cost me $38!!??.... AVOID! at all costs!!!!

After waiting for 4 hours for a battery charge, the driver showed up, didn’t greet me when I said hi and was on his phone saying he was dealing with another service.His name is Serif U. Very rude and not helpful whatsoever. Same goes for their dispatch person Diane. Couldn’t give me any answers about anything. Use Forge Gate they are much better.

Bill was an absolute godsend. When the recent cold temps drained my battery and left me sitting along Main Street, Bill was there. He did his best to get from where he was at the time to me in a timely fashion so I was able to get my car started, get warm and make it home safely.
