“I have been a univest customer for over 20 years, this location is so sales-y it is terrible!! Every time I go I get some speech about something, I can’t just go make a quick deposit without them trying to sell me something. So then I started doing drive thru only and they gave me a speech through the drive thru….Its a shame because it’s the closest one for me but I purposely drive out of my way to avoid them when possible”

When I went to purchase a new vehicle, Citadel approved me for financing and so I figured switching over to them from TD Bank for all my banking needs would be easier. Boy, was I right! It’s a world of difference. The app is so easy to use, the cashback checking account is a nice option to have that most places don’t offer, and their ATMs have so many helpful services besides just deposit and withdraws. Not to mention, the level of customer service is unmatched. Gone are the days I’m waiting forever in line only to get to the front and have the associate seem annoyed and tell me I could’ve done what I was coming for online. At Citadel, they are always sure to greet you and escort you to a private space and let you sit down to resolve whatever issues you may be having. You finally get treated like a person again when you come here.
