The worst customer service, I needed a card of my own since I lost mine and I asked for one online but I've been waiting for more than a month and it hasn't arrived so I decided to go look for one at the bank since I'm going to travel and I need my card and the people at this bank did not bother to help me, the only thing they did was give me a message to call, how is it possible that they are not able to help me with a card, they are the worst

They are improving, slowly but surely, the staff are more attentive but they definelty need more tellers on deck for busy daytime rushes!Edit 2: They're getting better and better at the front of the house. Farzana is a deserving manager and turning the place around, customer service wise!

The employee was very rude. When I asked them for help with my bank because I was not able to link my. Bank to Ezpass . They made me waited 2hrs at waiting and I still couldn’t get no help. This bank need for education how to treat customer and respect. I am very disappointed ☹️ with their service.?????………….if I could give negative I would. They don’t even deserve negative ⭐️.. lazy people..

I just visited the branch this morning and had a great experience. Waiting time was 1 minute. Reem, who worked with me, had the best smiles. She worked efficiently while keeping me informed. She exemplifies how the best employee works at a bank branch. I've been using the branch for almost 20 years. I did experience long waiting time every now and then years ago, but the employees were wonderful people nonetheless. Since they have fixed the staffing shortage problem, I encourage everyone to pay this branch a visit if you haven't been there recently.

Worst bank ever! Have had UTMA accounts for years for my kids. Then out of the blue they charge an $8 a month fee because they don’t have $500 in their account!! They’re minors without a constant paycheck!! The branch lady told me to just let the fees to come out and let the account go negative eventually the accounts will close! Awful!!

Drive up took about 25 minutes to attend us when no cars are ahead of us. The check payment to credit card was denied as its has the card holders name. They say it’s has to be on BOfA, come on we were paying like this for years.

The absolute worst Bank of America location currently operating. Thursday at 2:30pm and only one teller for the drive thru and inside. Every single time I come here. 8 people in line inside the bank and the line moved once every 20mins. My visit went from depositing business checks to closing my account.
