Way too expensive for a local hardware store. Especially with 2 dollar stores and 4 big box hardware stores within 2 miles.

Have to say I really liked this place until today when some guy I've never seen before hassled me about wearing a backpack because they're having trouble with theft - I told him I'd pay and leave and as I was paying he continued to make an announcement about it over the intercom system for everyone in the store to hear. I've been a rewards member, never given the store any problems, paid for merchandise like anyone else including a full price Ego leafblower over the past year or so, but I came to buy $7 painter's tape and a weird confrontational interaction where I felt like a criminal came with it. Fun. I'll probably go to Lowe's from now on.

Always have been asked if I needed help every time I go to this Ace Hardware Store. I do give this a 5 star rating.

Slowest check out. I waited at least 3 minutes probably 4 while she signed the people in front of me up for the “Ace rewards card”. When she asked the guy his birthday so they could send him a birthday card, I lost it. Someone finally opened up another register and took my money. Really? By the time I was walking out , 5 minutes to pay for one piece of hardware. I won’t be back

I went to several big box stores, and I called several locksmiths looking for a key to be made. The only place i found was Ace Hardware. Thank you!

Best hardware store. The woman who works in the paint dept knows a lot and can help answer all your questions. Items are easy to find and salespeople are very helpful. As much as I rely on Lowes and Home Depot, Ace Hardware is much better.

My first time in this store and was amazed! The personnel in this store is fantastic,and extremely customer service oriented! I came to pick up a drill and was help by friendly and knowledgeable staff. And this store also has a wide range of products too. Will definitely patronize them in the future. Ten stars!

John was really great helping me figure out if a specific grill could work for what I wanted. Opened box, verified size, flexibility to swap out grill top, waited while we figured out my Ace member number and made the sale. He hadn’t even completed the opening store tasks and still never made me feel rushed. Thanks John!
