I was having problems with sound. I went into store they got me appointment for tech to come out. He, Jimmy, was excellent. He went above and beyond to get it all right. Thank you Jimmy for great service!! Need more employees like Jimmy!!

I was able to swap two tv boxes for new equipment after a short wait, no questions asked. They were packaged complete with cables and remote and I was able to resume service shortly after returning home. Outstanding

Great place, professional level is 5+Stars. In less then 10 minutes Johny solved all the issues. Helped choose correct plan, settings easily done in one txt... etc.

Although disgusted and fed up with Xfinity's unnecessarily high rates, the staff at this facility have always been polite and accommodating each time I came in.

This 1 star is not for the store it’s for all the stores that have the same 800 number and I can never get through to anyone and it always hangs up on me! Your system sucks! You need a better system to deal with customers! So annoying!!!! Makes me want to just cut my service off all together!!!! I should just go to Verizon and ASAP!!!!!!!!

This company is the absolute worst company that you could ever ever give your money to. there is no communication with the customers. You cannot reach anybody on the phone ever and they just make up whatever bill they feel like giving you. their service drops. The service sucks. I am going to the Better Business Bureau and I am going to see if I can give them a negative 1000. save your money and stay away from this s***** a** company.

Classic bait and switch. They hook you up with packages and the price is fine. Then you get the bill in the mail for more than double because the promos ran out after two years. Never was told that. The people on the phone are rude and don’t even help whatsoever. My bill is $300 and Verizon is $90 for better internet, tv and even phone.

experienced a delay in service and contacted customer service for assistance. I was assured that the equipment would be prepared for me. However, despite waiting for over two hours, the situation exacerbated when I noticed that while standing at the counter, I inadvertently dropped $100 from my jacket. It was disconcerting to observe a woman promptly sit in the seat I had vacated, and she seemed to be deliberately observing me. Upon returning home, I realized that she had taken the money. Fortunately, I chose not to pursue legal action against her, as there was a security camera present. However, I did not feel compelled to address the matter further, as she evidently required the money more than I did. It was disheartening to witness her poor example, particularly as she was accompanied by her son. Regrettably, the series of unfortunate events did not conclude there. Upon receiving the equipment, I discovered that the remote control and power source were missing. Consequently, I had to make an additional trip to the store. This incident undoubtedly constituted the most unpleasant experience I have ever encountered.

Internet do not work almost every day and we pay 127.00 per month. I should call Verizon tomorrow
