Had a appointment to open a account for my daughter a few weeks ago. When I walked in a Hispanic man had his feet up on the desk (with no customer) and told me they were busy and couldn't help me. Well what was he doing that was so important with his feet up and on his phone!! Wells Fargo needs to get employees who are actually happy and want to work.

I live in Bensalem and have never had any issues with the Branches in Bensalem. I was in the Langhorne area and decided to stop in to get my debit card replaced and to make a deposit. I arrived at 4:50PM and bank closes at 5:00PM. The teller told me that they only had 8 minutes to spare and I would have to do it myself online. I advised them that I knew about that option but I had decided to have this taken care of in the branch (there were some fraudulent charges on my account and I wanted to make sure I spoke to someone in the bank before making the deposit).So anyway, I asked for a manager and was told to take a seat. Someone came over to talk to me and the gentleman (didn’t get his name but looked Hispanic ) clearly had an attitude as if I was bothering them. He also tried telling me that this was something I could have done over the phone. Again I made it clear that I always do online banking but preferred to get this taken care of in the branch.After going back and forth with him in what almost escalated into a heated conversation he finally was able to close my bank card.Finally he sent me back to the same teller who had said they wouldn’t be able to assist me to make my deposit.He assisted me at 5:02PM and I walked out of the branch disgusted with the way I had been treated.Do not go to this branch. They will ruin your appetite?

THE BANK TELLER WHO WORKS THERE NAMED SAMANTHA WILKINS, IS THE MOST FRIENDLY, POSITIVE AND COMPETENT PERSON I HAVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH AT ANY BANK PERIOD!SHE SHOULD BE PROMOTED AND GIVEN EVERY OPPERTUNITY TO ADVANCE, SHE IS THE BEST!

The worst branch , first of all they have few associates ( Financial service ) available. We went there to open new account for my son , the website will not open account for minors. We reached there at 4.05 pm and were told that all associates ( only two ) were busy with other clients and it takes an hour to open new account REALLY !! and they close at 5 pm . Next time I made an appointment reached there at 3.45 waited till 4.10 for appointment that starts at 4.00 pm and told it takes longer and only one associate is available who was chatting with his friend / family or whoever for more than 30 minutes. So making appointment didn’t work. Today waited for 30 minutes to learn from the teller that they don’t have anyone who can notarize document at this time ..

I have had nothing but problems with this bank, for years. Between mortgages, car loans and just general banking. Wells Fargo is a horrible bank to do business with.I recently changed my mortgage company and closed my accounts, I also bank with TD & First National which have zero issues and everyone is helpful. I can not believe how rude this branch is and I also can’t believe I banked with them for so long. This branch needs to be looked into and re staffed, especially in the drive through. Horrible customer service.

I went to this bank yesterday and cashed a check that was from wells fargo . I don't have an account and they require 2 forms of id. I had my driver license and I had a photo ID both were current . They said that wasn't sufficient. I had my social security card they said no. I had copy of my birth certificate they said no. Asked for credit card or debit card which I dont have. If I did I wouldnt need to goto this bank and cash check. They finally cashed it with my driver license and my health Insurance card . I dont understand how two photo ids arent good enuf. They said vehicle insurance or registration would work also. How is that better than 2 photo ids state issued? Then they took my thumb print which is what all banks do and also charged me 7.50 to cash . If I had any thoughts of opening an account at wells fargo again that is no longer going to happen.

It's fine! It's a bank and the tellers are nice and professional. If you're making bad reviews about a basic bank branch you probably just are bad at handling your money.
