I wouldn't even give 1 star. Everytime I come here I'm disappointed. The employees know nothing about what is to be done, the one gentlemen literally kept saying 'I don't know' to every question i asked about an international shipment and randomly asked me to make forms and come back...when I came back a different employee attended me and gave me 3 more forms to fill out (which was exactly what I typed out at home and came back). Overall with wasting 2 hours of my time in the end they say they cannot ship it. No wonder people go to UPS or FedEX

To start off I didn’t even want to give one star. My mail was being held at this post office because of a lazy mail carrier. I have mail scanned and emailed to me so I know what is coming. When I wasn’t receiving it I was perplexed until the carrier put a notice in my box saying the box was filled to capacity and all mail is at the post office facility. Why because they couldn’t fit a package in it so they decided to hold all mail instead of doing their job and deliver it! We as taxpayers pay their salary what a joke. So I went to pick up my mail and wanted to speak with a manager who was too busy to address the issue. No surprise. To make matters worse I receive my medication by mail and I needed it. There was no reason that the very small package couldn’t be delivered to my door since the mailboxes are within the development with our homes. This is not the first time my mail was mishandled so I’m going further with this complaint.

I've been coming here nearly 50 years and have never had a problem. The postal workers have always been able to assist me well.

Got rid of the pull up mailboxes because old? That’s what I was told. Must have been too far to walk to pick up the mail. How do you run something so far into the ground that’s been around since the start of the country?

It’s horrible with this Postal Service you can’t speak to someone they don’t know how to answer the phone when you get through it is horrible. You have to travel to the to get information about your package. It gets lost with the correct address that’s on the package they still don’t know how to deliver it like this place is a joke they need to shut it down. ?

An item that was mailed out went through this post office. I know that the item was dropped here as confirmed by the sender. It says 5 days later that Usps is still waiting for this item. Where is it? Totally careless behaviour. Why trust your purchases with Usps? They are terrible.

Do not try to pick up your package here if you need it earlier. They looked for my package for two minutes and “couldn’t find it.” Hard to believe they looked that hard in less than 2 minutes. Tracking showed it has arrived and been processed this morning. I even called to confirm prior to driving there. Line moves quick, so that’s why I didn’t give it one star.

Mistakenly sent a parcel in a priority enveloppe from CA. Despite this mistake, my parcel was delivered to final USPS destination in Langhorne PA where someone who thinks they are the Universe Police decided this was so outrageous it had to be returned to CA!!!Not sure if this person understands the concept of 1) cost analysis 2) carbon footprint 3) etc.. you get the pic. How miserable must your life be that you decide to pinprick on things like this. And then USPS will wonder why they keep on loosing customers to private carriers... smh

Very sad, I was looking for a package, they told me that I had picked it up in person, which is not true, and on the e-mail page they wrote that they put it in the box and at the end you said sorry☹️???

I've lived many places in my life but this is by far the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of being assigned to. Their mail deliverers are rude and withhold mail without informing you why. The supervisor is arrogant, belittling and down right antagonizing. After a ridiculous amount of time being spoken down to I attempted to leave, resulting in the supervisor yelling after me loudly in a room of 10 other customers to explain once again how I was wrong about my experience. They clearly have zero regard for their customer service.

When you have an issue. They are ready to help and solve it quickly if they have the ability to do so. They are very helpful.

Thank you to Sue and Val for explaining some of the logistics that go into Non-Profit Bulk Mailings. Sue took time from her lunch to personally help me and my co-worker understand how to prepare our non-profit's bulk mailing. Although we couldn't get it all sorted at the time, we greatly appreciate the time they both took to help us out.

Absolutely wonderful service.There is always a crowd but the staff here is always pleasant and tries to keep things moving along. I'm always happy to see the staff here because they stay the same. It's always tidy too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did the clerk Su give us an attitude about a package being media but when we insured it with her for hundreds of dollars and told her and the key pad that the package is fragile she walked over to the window which is 4 feet high and dropped it. You could hear a loud thud when it hit the bottom of the bin. Even other customers in the office made a comment about how inappropriate it was. No 'sorry' not even a reaction of any kind. We spoke to the post master who did not seem concerned either. Do not bring any fragile packages unless you don't mind them being dropped.
