“It was a long wait, but to be fair I missed my appointment lol. Other than that I already had the car picked out, I test drove it and it was exactly as it was pictured. The actual process of buying the car and warranty was smooth and relatively quick. Definitely easier than going to a dealer and getting sweet talked into something I don’t want. The price was fair, and the warranty made it a no brainer.”
“Came to empire motors looking to buy a used station wagon about two months ago. Wasn’t able to find what I was looking for on the lot but Danny was able find a cool wagon that I was looking for as a daily and looks good. I asked if they had pictures of the damage of the car and they showed me the damage that it had. It was a full transparent deal and for the car, It’s been great to me. I’ve taken the car to northern Pennsylvania and went to South Carolina and back with zero issues. Great daily driver and also great service from empire motors.”

“MacConnell's ran a diagnostic test and fixed my car for me when I had three different warning lights come on in my 2007 rav4. I initially took my car to a different shop that was closer to home and was quoted almost $900 to fix it. I then took it to MacConnell's after my dad recommended them and they fixed everything for about $350! Honest people and quality work!”
“Just got a lincoln navigator there yesterday. Very fast and easy process. I was in a bad accident on the 20th and needed a vehicle to get to work. Was looking around at different places. Saw this truck online and thought it would be perfect for me and my family. Reached out,went to look at it. Told the guy I wasnt able to do paper work that day. Yesterday comes I did app online. And I got a message everything was approved. Got everything I needed except a ride to shop. They called me up and offered to pick me up to get the truck. Was there about an hour doing paper work and then drove off the lot. I couldn't be any happier. Those guys are top notch and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys for all the help.”
