I watched her deal with a very difficult senior customer and somehow she turned the situation around and the customer left happy . I'm assuming her name is Haley just from reading other reviews . “I am a cigar novice that asks a million questions. They've been awesome with answering the questions that I have. They also have a great selection of cigars. Their prices aren't super competitive with some of the deals you can find online, but I don't mind spending a little bit extra to support a local brick & mortar store. I haven't used their nice cigar lounge yet, but the atmosphere in there is always friendly, and it's not usually very crowded when I've been there. 5 stars all day.”

“I bought a Kratom shot there, at no fault to the store, there was something wrong with it. It tasted watery and was already pierced on the interior. I just went in and explained the situation. The guy working there was nice and replaced it he also was friendly my first time there when I bought it.
