I have been going here for years it’s the only place I go to buy and sell gold and silver. I feel like they are fair and I do trust them. They also have a good selection of coins and vintage/ estate jewelry.

Very nice guy, store located at this tiny shopping center, safe environment. But, if you go there to sell some of your jewelry expect to be ripped off like no where else. The guy offers to pay only 60-65% of the actual value of the item being sold. He should rename the place as Pawn Shop

I just went to the exchange and met with Brian…. What a quick process, he’s a pro…. Gave me a great amount and BAM!!! Done! I have to say sitting on all this broken and/or unused jewelry brought me a nice amount!!! Thank you Brian for your quick and thorough exchange…. I will be back with more!!! I recently visited The Exchange to sell a ring and had an excellent experience. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not only did he make the process of selling the ring easy and straightforward, but he also took the time to help me choose a meaningful gift for my nephew's birthday. His knowledge and helpfulness were much appreciated. I'll certainly be returning to The Exchange with more items in the future due to the remarkable service I received. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience at The Exchange Inc. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, who is very personable. I was looking to turn in some gold/jewelry and now a days who can you trust? I can’t begin to say how glad I was to have walked into The Exchange. From beginning to end the whole experience was great. Brian is honest, up front and very knowledgeable. They have my trust and I will deal with them again in the future. I am thinking about going back for that ring that caught my eye….

I am a new collector 17 yo and came here because my father shops here.(like spent over 15k in the last year).His name is Steve. I came here by myself to buy my first roll of mercury dimes with my own money. Brian, the owner told me he no longer let's people look through the coins and sold me a whole roll of cleaned mercury dimes, stright dipped in acid or some cleaner. But the straw that broke the camels back was today I got the CC Morgan I also purchased at the exchange that I sent out to get graded and it came back embosed mint mark. There was even a spot on the edge where you could tell ,basically another coin shop owner said that it was obvious and any person in the business would know it was an embossed mint mark , thanks Brian.
