My husband attended training in the area and we are so glad we chose this location. Our room was clean and well kept. The got breakfast was always fresh and the area kept clean. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Every person we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great customer service and great place to stay!Rooms: Clean and well keptNearby activities: Many optionsSafety: I felt safe during daylight hours and at night. The parking lot is well lit and the front automatic doors are locked at 10 pm to only allow key card entry at night.Walkability: Several restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.

Very convenient for shopping/dining. I stay here often while visiting home and its always a great experience. Staff is polite, its quiet, and even have comfortable beds compared to some other Marriot properties. I highly recommend this hotel for your

One of the most dirty Marriotts I've stayed in. I couldn't even shut my bathroom door, and the hair dryer was literally falling apart. I wanted to use the iron but with the sink design it was impossible to get the iron under the faucet to fill it up with water. I will say Fanny was the bomb, provided great service, was very sweet, helpful and the best part of the stay!

Please watch your bank accounts if you stay at this hotel! I told them I didn't have a car and they charged me for 2 days of parking. Then said they couldn't refund me and that I would have to contact a manager another day. Now I have to spend my time tracking down a manager and watching my bank account to be sure I get my money back. So annoying.

Spent one night. Nice enough room, nice to have a couch, and it seemed all couches have trundle beds if you need to sleep an extra which is nice. Hot Breakfast was fine, about what I’d expect, standard hotel breakfast fare.

I can't even comment about the hotel. I didn't stay here. I was planning too, but when they said it was a $3 parking fee if I was going to Sesame Place. Which I wasn't. What business is it for the hotel to know where I'm going or not?

Great stay, way better than the Holiday Inn close by. The women at the front desk were very efficient and friendly ( I wish I caught their names) but either way, always helpful, and pleasant.

We stay at a lot of Marriotts but this by far has been the best experience. The customer service is amazing, with the staff being so welcoming and warm. We were greeted with cookies and a welcome card when checking in. We will definitely be back next time we visit Sesame place especially with the park being literally across the street. ?

I don't even know where to begin. I booked this hotel for my bf and I to have a nice vacay during Halloween. I shall give my pros and cons. Cons: * Rude staff that don't wear name tags so you don't know who you're talking to. * Blood on our bathroom wall* Shower/tub dirty * +$83 dollars extra in taxes and parking * double charged me for "incidental expenses " for just in cases situationsPros: * Melissa was a big help and was kind. * After providing picture proof of what we were dealing with they switched us to a better room. * They gave us a night off the bill because we spent 2 days in a nasty room.

First and foremost if it wasn't for Austin front desk "EVERYTHING" the stay would be 1 star. That guy took care of everything, from my reservation to getting extra pillows and blankets which he took to my room. That guy is like Marriot superman in my eyesMy entire stay I would see him alone and at times I would see him handling large group with the upmost professionalism with perfect customer service and politeness. This guy needs a raise. I was there 2 days and he handle everything including making coffee when they ran out. The rooms where mediocre. The place is a bit old but if I knew Austin was there I wouldn't hesitate to book again. To Marriot Management he needs help and give him a raise.

The location is perfect for Sesame Place, especially if you have littles who still nap. The staff were all very friendly, and all the most important things were clean. But you can tell a lot of kids stay there- the hotel furnishings are in need of a refresh. Still a good place to stay with kids, though.

Clean well-maintained room, friendly helpful staff, raucous breakfast as everyone got ready for a day at Sesame Place! This was a great choice for our family, thank you so much to the staff!

The corners of the couch was all torn up. The handheld shower head was COVERED in disgusting grime (see picture). The room fridge wasn’t cold. My husband had to go back down to the main desk TWICE in the (less than) 24 hrs we were staying there because the room keycard stopped working. The $16/day parking is less than Sesame Place’s $30 parking but honestly not worth the hassle.

Was surprised by the $15 parking fee per vehicle with two suites at $368 each. I never experienced this except in a city where off site parking. The app didn't reflect this although the Web site did which out I found later. The staff was pleasant and helpful, rooms clean and nice.The pool didn't feel heated and Jacuzzi out of service not sure for how long.Great location for Sesame Place easy walk maybe that's why they have parking fee.
