I had a very disappointing experience at Shoe Dept Encore. I attempted to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased last week, but the store refused to accept my return. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience even more frustrating. She claimed that, "only a manager can process a return." (which, of course, there were none working). I expected better customer service and a more reasonable approach to returns. I will not be shopping here again and would advise others to be wary of their return policy and customer service.

One of the best selection of shoes available in-person in the area, and the workers are always more than happy to help with whatever is needed to find what you're looking for. The store has an ESPN tv and a Disney JR tv too to keep family busy while others shop. Orders can be made in store where in-person stock is lacking and shipping is usually only a couple/few business days. If you're ever unsure on hours, they do answer the phone regularly for assistance and can even check stock at multiple locations for you <3

This store has a large selection of sneakers and shoes at good prices. The store was well organized and the staff was friendly.

The store has lots of shoes that I like and easily can find a good selection of size 10W, however their return policy sucks. I drive there tonight to return/exchange a pair of shoes that didn’t fit well, needed 1/2 size up, had my receipt and the card paid with but I didn’t have a government issued ID, had many credit cards and other things showing my name but they wouldn’t do it. I disagree with that policy, so for that reason I won’t be shopping there any longer. I buy most of my shoes from this store, so they lost a good customer!

Anna was FANTASTIC! Super helpful & went above & beyond !!! I will definitely be coming back & buying shoes from here !!Anna helped me find a shoe cleaner , & even tested it on my shoe first before making me buy a product ! Hard to find good customer service like that ! She deserves a raise !!

Worse shoe store unfriendly really bad costumer service really bad selection of shoe don’t even go there one skinny managers really had a bad actitud I had almost spent a hundred dollars worth shoes I just dumped right there
