Amazing stay at the Sheraton Bucks County! Was able to book a room and check in immediately just coming into the lobby. Sanaa at the front desk was amazing and had a great sense of humor! She went out of her way to get us an amazing firework view room. Although the main dining room was closed I would give props to the bartender who served us our dinner in the lounge. Noise pollution from rooms next door was barely there. We knew they were occupied but couldn’t hear them, few footsteps from the room above us, but to no annoyance. Overall fantastic stay.

We stayed here while visiting sesame place. The staffs friendliness was unmatched. Everything was at our fingertips as far as food options and the park.

I stayed here Friday, December 13. Room 312 I left my earbuds behind I called and nobody had turned them in Two days later, I trace them and they are at a school called Bensalem high school? How did they end up there when I left them in the room?
I smell a thief I would never return and I recommend you don’t either

Staff is very nice especially Sanna at check in. But that’s where it ends. This is a tired, old hotel, despite the lobby and entry area being updated. The rooms are dark and dark and more dark and old. Bathrooms are very small and old tubs in them. We have stayed here several times, this is the last. Holiday weekend Thanksgiving 2024, and the lobby bar is closed.
This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They gave no notification to guests that would be the case. I would’ve stayed at the courtyard or the residence and down the street. I know they are newer and nicer. Never staying here again.

A decent hotel in levittown langhorne area, prices inflated due to how close it is to the mall and sesame place but rooms are always nice and clean.

The room was nice and clean, lots of outlets for charging electronics, and complimentary bottles of water were peovided. However, parking is very limited in front of the hotel. There is a garage behind the hotel but a lot of the area is roped off with caution tape. The entrance to the hotel from the parking garage is also very confusing. You have to walk up and down stairs (hard to do with hands full of luggage) and hallways until you get to the elevators to take you up the lobby and rooms. Breakfast is not included and costs extra per person.

Made an unanticipated overnight stay and was quite impressed, "Skye" at the desk researched a special rate I qualified for and insured I had some hospitality items to cover my needs. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a memorable sunrise view. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance.

I didn’t want to believe that this hotel was as bad as all the people we were having stay here said, but it really is. Last night while with one of our influencers from the gym we tried to go eat in the hotel we constantly pay for rooms at for servicemen as well as influencers that come to our gym, the lady at the bar instantly told us we couldn’t eat in the dining hall with outside food even though no one was even in there, we then tried to go to the lounge on the corresponding side in which she then told us we weren’t allowed to eat there either, she then told us to use the commune public table in the lobby which was filled with kids and families no seating at all, she then told us we had to use the ballroom and sent us in that direction in which the doors were sealed off and locked , so we ended up having to make a makeshift table out of your seating in the lobby which looked even more unprofessional then just letting us eat at a table in the lounge or dining area. Luckily your patrons complained more then we did which showed that my neighborhood isn’t as shitty as your hotel is making us out to be!

We recently had a staycation for my daughter’s birthday. The rooms and amenities are very clean.
The staff member were all very nice and friendly, especially the receptionist Sanna. She had a big smile on her face when I saw her at 9am. She extended our access to the pool till the end of night after we checked out. When we saw her at 6pm, she still looked fresh with the big smile. I told her she must’ve had a very long day and she said she was covering for a coworker. She was extremely patient and interacted with my kids in the lobby.
This hotel is very conveniently located with everything needed within 5 minutes drive. Highly recommended for all the visitors either for leisure or business.
Rooms: Spacious
Nearby activities: Parks, shopping, restaurants within 5mins drive

We were highly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, but that's all that's good about it. The TV service was basically non-existent which made watching TV impossible. The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The bathroom floor was slimy and the bathroom door, tub, and mirror were old and beat up. The power also went out and the water was brown coming out of the faucet. We were also charged $451.77 for our stay, but still have an additional charge on our credit card for $610.50. When I called to question the $610.50 I was told it was for "incidentals". We checked out 4 days ago and the hold charge is still there. The food at the bar was also overpriced and not good. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Diamond shouldn’t work the front desk. I approached the front desk in a friendly manner and Diamond was very rude and short with me. She rudely cut me off while I was asking a question. She was so rude my colleague commented on it after we walked away from the desk. While she was assisting the next customer I heard her sharing the amenities on the property which she did not share with me. I’ve never met Diamond before tonight so I’m not sure why she would treat a paying customer so rudely. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again because of Diamond and they way she treated me.
