People wonder why no one shops at Sephora any more. I walked in and was asked if i needed help. I said no thank you. All of the employees clustered in the middle of the store laughed at me and went “welcome to your first day” to an employee. Later when i couldn’t find a product i did ask for help. I was told you don’t carry it (algenist products) and to go to TJ maxx for discounted skin products???? When i can easily order it off of the website or i could have had the option of buying it via an employee and having it shipped to my house or the store. I don’t appreciate feeling like a joke, being laughed at, and then when i do need help being told to buy products from TJ MAX which are usually expired, old, tampered with, or not genuine. The employee literally walked away from me mid conversation and left. I’ve been shopping at Sephora for 15 years, and im going to stick to ulta for now on. Atleast the employees at ulta are never rude or condescending. Do better with your employees.

This location is commonly out of stock of products. Staff are not as approachable or friendly. In a mall that is steadily declining it would behoove them to take better care to educate their staff on better customer service. I will not be returning. I have gone to other Sephora locations and had much better experiences than this one.

Would rate this place 0 stars if possible. Staff was standing in the middle of the store talking when I walked in and no one greeted me. Two of the staff members, the girl with curly hair and her friend with the ponytail, were also VERY rude and had horrible attitudes and very poor customer service skills. Will never be coming back to this Sephora.

Staff here is extremely rude but seem I guess well suited enough for a slow mall like Oxford valley. I have never considered shopping at Ulta till my experience with the staff here. At a time when brick and mortars continue to close up - not sure why the concept of basic customer service is still so foreign to some.it seems others have commented on how rude the staff here is too - so, seems to be an issue with how the store is managed.

Drove to this Sephora from NJ and paid a toll just to find out that they close at 7pm when the mall closes at 8pm. The shortened hours are extremely inconvenient for your customers. When looking up store hours before making the drive, I’m not going to specifically search for Sephora on google. I’m going to look at the mall hours. Therefore, it’s extremely misleading for this location to close an hour early when the rest of the mall is still open to the public.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. This is my third different time coming to the store, and every time they are either not opened or have a “delayed opening”. Store hours begin at 11. Open the store at 11. Oh and when you try to make eye contact through the glass door to ask what time they think they will open, they act like you’re not standing there. I’ll be going to ulta

Closed at 7 pm on Friday night before Valentine’s Day? Just close permanently already. Brick and mortars failing are self induced wounds at this point.

The workers were so rude and everytime I asked a question it would be answered with attitude and I was constantly being watched around the store it was just an uncomfortable experience.. I don’t recommend going to this location, go to the Ulta near Oxford instead, they have great service and such friendly employees

Very helpful both times i have been there, Needed help finding travel cologne, found a whole variety of them. Then i went back got some more cologne and my girlfriend got makeup and perfume very helpful and they were very nice.

Most racist experience i’ve ever had. I went in, hoping to buy something and i went to the section that it was located in. Me and my mom were looking for the item, when 4 people surrounded us on both sides of the aisle. They were looking at us like we did something wrong. They secretly talked on their headset’s obviously. When we went to pay, the manager im assuming said to our face that we shouldn’t put stuff in our pockets . ACCUSING us of something we didn’t do at all. Worst experience and will not be going back.

Extremely Rude Staff. My friend and I went into the Sephora today so that I could see if I could use my Sephora gift card, and her to see if she could redeem her 100 points VIB sephora insider gift. We did not catch her name but the bigger girl with blue hair was extremely rude to us. She started giggling with her other coworker when we both asked our questions. She said she could take a look at my gift card to see if I could use it at this location since it is a Sephora inside JCPenney, and when I gave it to her she looked at it and started laughing, saying that “sorry we actually can’t use these.” In my opinion I think there was nothing funny about that interaction. When my friend asked if she could redeem the 100 points with her VIB card, the woman repeatedly asked her what card she was talking about and asked her if she meant a visa or gift card. My friend had to specifically say the Sephora insider card several times and the woman kept laughing and giggling with her coworker and did not comprehend what we were saying. I didn’t expect for my card to work inside the JCPenney, I was just checking, but you do not treat customers this way when you were expecting to sell products. Never coming back, terrible service.

Didn't have any eye shadows I wanted and it was a popular brand, in fact they didn't have any eye shadows at all in that brand.
