I have never been to this mall but I needed to pick up a few items at Sephora for the weekend. The mall smells like a sewerage system and is mostly vacant. I arrive at 11:06am and the doors are locked. I wait a few more minutes and pull the door again and the girl gives me the one more minute finger. Someone finally comes to open the door and I go to walk in. I’m thinking she is going to say “good morning” or “thanks for waiting” but she says “I need to open the other door first” incredibly rude. I start looking around and no one acknowledges me so I left. I am a rouge member and mostly shop online because of this type of service. Do not waste your time here, garbage. Go to your local Ulta or shop online for Sephora.

I rarely go to Sephora but today had to be the best experience so far! Gloria was super sweet and honest with me about a foundation stick that caused acne and helped me find a better product for a more affordable price!

I haven’t been to Sephora in what seems like 3/4 years at least. I know the feeling of walking into a makeup store and feeling the stares when you’re not all glammed up so I was a little nervous. However I walked in and was taken by surprise when I asked one of the girls who works there for some help with a new foundation. Gloria made my experience quite possibly the best I’ll ever have in any Sephora I ever walk into again. She was so patient, answered all my questions and went above and beyond helping color match me and find me a foundation that works for me. She was able to assist with two samples and then helped me pick a liquid blush. I was so happy with my experience that I decided to write a review, that alone speaks volumes. Thank you Gloria!! You are a gem!!

Terrible costumer service by the store manager and whoever else conducts the interviews for getting a job there. They asked the most inappropriate questions for a job interview and I am absolutely appalled. Horrible people.

My daughter absolutely loves this place. Well, I might see it as overpriced Internet influencer make up…. But it makes her happy. The staff here is nice and polite.

I don’t usually goto this Sephora but I picked up an online order today and the woman who gave me my order was so helpful and nice. She went through and explained every free item I could get with my points on the app. I was also in and out super fast!

The most disrespectful staff I’ve ever come across. I have been coming to Sephora for years, I am a rouge member and absolutely love Sephora products. This location has been getting worse and worse staff wise. I grabbed a body wash that was already opened to smell and this woman came over with a dirty look and said “if you’re not going to buy it I’m going to have to take it away” in an extremely disrespectful, condescending tone. I said “alright” and started handing her ALL of the ones that have already been opened. She was scoffing as she was trying to say the other ones weren’t even open and I had to literally show her myself. If you’re going to act like that I suggest not working in customer service. Each interaction I have when I walk in there has gotten worse and worse. The older woman with the black hair, I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not, is always miserable. The younger girl with the blonde hair who is new is fantastic. As for the rest of them they’re always miserable. Always. It’s like walking into a funeral. After that interaction today, I put all of my stuff down, and going forward, will purchase online or at Quaker bridge. Can’t even go to the one in Kohl’s because they never have anything.

I overheard an employee call a customer ugly in the showroom. I find it completely unprofessional , especially since they have the gall to say it with so many people around during Christmas. Makes me wonder what they say when the customers leave

People wonder why no one shops at Sephora any more. I walked in and was asked if i needed help. I said no thank you. All of the employees clustered in the middle of the store laughed at me and went “welcome to your first day” to an employee. Later when i couldn’t find a product i did ask for help. I was told you don’t carry it (algenist products) and to go to TJ maxx for discounted skin products???? When i can easily order it off of the website or i could have had the option of buying it via an employee and having it shipped to my house or the store. I don’t appreciate feeling like a joke, being laughed at, and then when i do need help being told to buy products from TJ MAX which are usually expired, old, tampered with, or not genuine. The employee literally walked away from me mid conversation and left. I’ve been shopping at Sephora for 15 years, and im going to stick to ulta for now on. Atleast the employees at ulta are never rude or condescending. Do better with your employees.
