Just bought a new Grand Cherokee on Labor Day. Wow, what a pleasure. Worked with salesperson Emily Lopez and she was terrific. Had to trade in 2 vehicles and one had a title issue. She worked through everything and made the process easy and pain free. Emily even retrieved my sunglasses and ezpass which I had forgotten. I already was taking my cars for service at Sands, but now thanks to Emily they will get all my business.

This place pays for good reviews and takes down anything negative. They tried charging me $729 for headlights and destroyed my engine. Real trustworthy people, I'll tell ya what.

My experience was magnificent, I am from Reading but I traveled there because of the good treatment I received over the phone and once in the car store they assisted us in Spanish, making the application process much easier and faster, thanks Sands Chrysler

This company is so far from having any kind of customer service it’s ridiculous. I have already written a review of the extremely poor customer service I received from this dealership when I took my Durango in for a problem with the transmission. After they had it literally for six months they gave it back with the same noise it went in there with. They changed the transmission twice and the engine once. Turns out it was the transfer case. A different dealership figured that out in one day. Now this same poor dealership sends me a letter requesting that I trade in my Durango to them so they can give me 110% of the black book value. I laugh at this as if I would actually ever go to this dealership ever again. I would trade in anything I wouldn’t even sell them my vehicle. I will only go to this dealership to see them close the doors forever. This dealership is the reason I no longer drive a dodge. This dealership made me a very happy Chevy owner. I suggest if you are looking at Sands Chrysler dodge you look to ANY other dealership.

Faith restored in the car buying process. Fast, friendly, fair and actually a pleasant experience buying our car. Went to the Jeep dealer in Easton and gave a laughable offer on my trade. Went to the Jeep dealer in Mt. Pocono (near my house) and prior to doing anything, told then I wanted $X at a minimum for my trade. Wasted over 3 hours of our time giving me the same price for my trade with "creative" ideas such as tax credits. GM lost his composure and asked why I want so much for mine. His attitude is why they have such a large inventory. The Jeep dealer in Emmaus returned our call the first day and no phone calls since (3 business days). Emails daily though. Read one of their low Google reviews and they stopped at Sands. Did the online inquiry with Sands and offer made/accepted in about 30 minutes. No pressure for the addons or financing with them. A little over an hour drive from our house and well worth it. A dealership that actually listens to the customer.

Mack and John were incredibly helpful and helped me get into a brand new car well within my budget. They were incredibly fast and convenient and didn't waste time going back and forth on negotiating. I will definitely be returning here in the future when I look to buy a new car.

We just purchased a car from Sands this weekend. Emily is the salesperson to use! She is easy to work with, not pushy, great attitude. We enjoyed the experience which isn't easy to say when car shopping!
