Staff was friendly and the fact that it's a small kiosk ,I guess you could say, is a good thing it makes the experience more personal in my opinion. When there's multiple costumers tho, it can get busy .

I just had my piercings done today. I asked the lady to pierce exactly where my old piercings used to be. She did it perfectly on the right earlobe but not on my left earlobe. Now it looks like I have an extra hole on my earlobe right above my piercing. I didn’t realize this until I left the mall.

don’t know if whatever was working downstairs was in a bad mood yesterday or what but she was terribly rude, not helpful at all. maybe consider getting new staff
