Personal are friendly and helpful. They have a variety of clothing, shoes, handbags and jewelry. You can try on clothing in the dressing room. They accept cash, credit and debit cards. Also you can acquire reward cash to apply to a purchases.. All merchandise is provided for consignment. Merchandise is evaluated by condition and brand. It is a great place to shop. Inventory is mostly one of a kind.

This is the type of women's consignment shop that I favor. It is small, but organized, and offers a wide selection of apparel; the exception would be shoes and small sizes of tops and sweaters (they do have them, however, the selection is rather limited.) The people who work in the store stay out of a shopper's way, but I don't see that as a negative. I like to browse and move on as I please without intrusions. I noticed a few complaints about the owner turning down prospective consigners' offerings. If the owner or buyer declines someone's articles, she has, of course, that prerogative. I have bought a few brand new pairs of jeans at the store. On the other hand, I purchased a pair of dress pants there a few years ago that weren't up-to-the-minute contemporary, but they were classic in style, constructed well, and are still my favorite pair of "dressy" pants/pants I would wear to work. The point is, the owner evidently does accept some slightly dated items, but I'm fairly sure her decision to do so depends on what the items are, if there is a need for them, and if the shop has space, just to name a few.

This is the highest quality womens consignment shop I've ever seen! Many items are new, others are very gently used. The owner is knowledgeable and fair.

I love this store so much! Forget the old reviews. The current store is amazing. The employees could not be any nicer. I would recommend to anyone! Great selection of clothing, bags, shoes, and jewelry! They definitely deserved the “Best consignment shop of longhorn” award they won in 2019!! The owner is amazing. Prices are fair and I can not wait to return!

What a fantastic shop! Clothes and merchandise are high quality and priced fairly. I have also consigned with the owner and found her pricing to be fair and professional. I thoroughly enjoy each visit to the store. It is clean, organized and well-managed. Highly recommend. Staff is kind and friendly!

I have been going to My Sisters Closet for at least 10 years. Christa the owner is a sweetheart and very honest. I think the clothes, shoes and accessories are in excellent condition. I definitely recommend this store.

What a lovely family that owns this shop. Today I met the daughter and she is just as nice as her Mom, the owner. I believe they are very fair when they decide which of my clothes are right for their store. Working in Boutiques myself, for over 25 years, you have to know your clientele when choosing what clothes would sell best to your customers. I will continue to bring my, in good condition, up to date clothing, that no longer fits.

Went here for the 1st time last week and will never go back. Just as most of the other reviewers stated, I experienced a very rude and condescending employee. She was "way to busy" to talk to me and would not be able " to fit me in " for several weeks. She did give me a list of all their requirements. I don't know how this store stays in business. They certainly lack good customer service.

I love shopping at My Sister's Closet!! I actually live in Colorado but when I visit my sister in Langhorne; I make a point of visiting the store several times. I have found so many items i.e clothing, (many designer labels), shoes/boots, scarfs, belts and very special jewelry. I have bought many new items at a fraction of the original cost!!!
