“Andy is the best worker i have ever experienced at a phone service company. Despite our major troubles he helped us for numerous hours and multiples days without complications. I thank him for fixing the problems the other stores had done.”

“My Verizon rep Aanisah was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very patient and understanding with all of my questions. She even had patience with my not so tech saavey husband. Great customer service every time I have had to go there. Highly recommend the Fairless Hills store.”

“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Oxford Valley Mall! I stopped in to get a new phone case and screen protector, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They answered all my questions, took the time to show me different options, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a quick and easy visit, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!”

“I feel like too many people are leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately things aren't the way they used to be. Places are understaffed and people (customers) are ignorant as well. Agree or disagree but it's very difficult as ONE PERSON to keep an eye on such a HUGE store. Sometimes people pick things up and set them down somewhere else because they want to be lazy. Other times, kids come around and play with everything and we all know how quick kids are. Even GROWN people leave messes throughout the store. Unfortunately nobody really cares about how they leave things. I love this target, they don't get to control what they put out unfortunately. It's a corporate thing. It's hard to blame a store for being out of stock when it's nationwide. Every store you go to, you see signs of things being out of stock simply because we can't catch up. And sometimes things are being ordered and back-stocked time after time again and that's not the fault of the store directly. Other times, items are discontinued. And so forth. I will never talk bad about anyone who works retail. I have a lot of respect for every worker here.”
