I recently purchased a 2023 Kia Carnival from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The process was quick and easy, and the level of service I received was outstanding.Chelsea, one of the sales representatives, was incredibly understanding and super helpful throughout the entire process. She listened to my needs and provided valuable guidance, making sure I found the perfect car for my family. Her professionalism and knowledge were truly impressive.I would also like to commend the finance manager at this dealership. They went above and beyond my expectations, finding me excellent financing options that perfectly suited my budget. Their dedication to ensuring I had the best possible terms was remarkable.Overall, my experience with this dealership was exceptional. The staff's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. When the time comes to get a smaller family car in a few years, this dealership will be my first choice. If you're looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you once again to Chelsea and the finance manager for making my car purchase a memorable one

Raza A., our salesman, was expectional, polite and very patient with us. He showed us the 2024 Kia Telluride, which we fell inlove. Got us a great deal and was able to drive off the lot with it. Recommend seeing Raza A. if you're in the market.

Honestly, this dealership went above and beyond. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make a deal with them due to the car we were interested in being sold.Raza, the salesman we were dealing with, was very kind, humble, and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. He pulled up multiple vehicles for us to look at. He had them all ready for us as we were test driving other vehicles as well. I have to say, his customer service was great. And I would’ve gladly done a deal with him if the car we were interested in didn’t sell.Fred Beans themselves are an MSRP dealership which is great. They aren’t taking advantage of the customers like some of the competing dealerships are.

This is a generous 2 star. Had my car towed in. 2021 Kia Soul less than 15k miles. After its very first trip longer than 30 miles driven and 30 minutes running. In this case nearly 400 miles and roughly 5 hours. The car stalls, then stalls again with a load noise and shuts off. After coasting down my street I call and schedule an appointment explaining everything and inform them I am calling kia roadside and have it towed. Upon receiving the car the service writer checks nothing and writes a new repair order neglecting to see there is an appointment. He then proceeds to reach out to my wife and inform her that there is no oil and this is not warranty to which my wife asks him to please reach out to me providing my information. He ignores that and sends her a quote for just under $6000.00 to replace an engine which should be warranty. After almost a week and a phone call to Kia motors and no word from the writer, no one answering the phones, returning calls I show up. I tell the service writer that the vehicle is perfectly maintained at the dealership I work at as it is more convenient and provide service records also asking why they haven't submitted a claim with technical assistance. A week later I finally hear back saying they infact filed a claim with Kia technical and they have a few tests to diagnose cause. I only found out the engine was approved under warranty from Kia motors. I was never offered a loaner vehicle or rental despite knowing my warranty does cover that. Even when i got someone on the phone and asked about it I was told I'll have to get back to you tomorrow on that. I don't hear from my service writer again except to tell my wife the vehicle is done 5 weeks later. Despite numerous calls with no answer or response. The only way I was provided any information was through Kia motors directly. Upon picking up my car is see my driver seat looking like a technician sat in it with no protective film as it is filthy though it looks like they may have attempted to clean it up. There are grease smudges all over the hood and a chip in the hood where it looks as though it was hit with a tool or perhaps the engine they replaced. I would have sat and complained but after 8 weeks of their nonsense I chose to defer. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy considering this is how they treat a customer who purchased the vehicle from them. You would atleast think after eight weeks they could have at the very least made sure the vehicle was clean when the customer picked up. Checking my phone 47 missed calls to their service department 53 if you include KIA's failed attempts. Oh and here is the kicker 10 days after they had my vehicle I received a text stating I missed my appointment. Since I know it is only automated responses.. please feel free to reach out to me if you honestly want to make this right....

I worked with Shelby Noel to purchase my new Kia. She was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Best car buying experience I ever had. Dipen Patel in finance was incredibly helpful and the financing was seamless. I looked at other brand vehicles at Fred Beans and all of their sales people were very nice and professional. I highly recommend buying from them.

Buyer beware! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and the transmission, control arm, axel and other issues known to the dealer when it was sold to me. I requested to speak directly with tony aletto who is the general manager and there is no direct line to tony. The general manager of the dealership doesn’t have a phone. Don’t believe me? Call them for his direct number. They will only transfer you to a voicemail. Tony if you’re reading this, call me. How does the guy who runs the dealership not have a direct line? The used car manager has promised for the past 2 weeks to furnish documents related to the warranty, prior repairs, their inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it to me, title and other documents. They claim they inspect their used vehicles prior to reselling it however that is not the case, the vehicle should have never passed state inspection based on the control arm itself, let alone should have never left the lot with the control arm in the condition it was in. The mechanic I brought it to couldn’t believe the wheel didn’t fall off. All of this wasn’t a result of driving it for less than a year, less than 20k miles. It was sold in that condition. I paid 8k cash and still haven’t received the title. They have my address. I can’t move forward legally without the information I’m requesting. I filed a complaint with the attorney general to in hopes they will assist me. Fred beans is about money, not customer service. Excited to see the generic response generated by the owner. I’ve tried calling you, you don’t return the calls or follow up. It’s not difficult to do.Edit: correct we did talk however he advised in order to obtain my contract and all pertinent paperwork I would have to subpoena them. Additionally, he threatened to sue me for slander based on this post. All their calls are recorded for quality service. I should subpoena the phone records. I have never asked the. To pay for repairs, fix my car, reimburse me. I only asked for my contract, pertinent repair info, as is paperwork that I signed and any warranty info.

This is the worst dealership that I ever experienced. In January of 2023 I purchased a BMW 280i from there. The sale price of the car was 26386.00. I traded in my car for 4500 and was told I needed a cash deposit of 3500 in addition to the 4500 they were allegedly giving me for my car. I assumed I was getting a good deal until the finance officer included a warranty in the bill of sales for over 6000.00. In reality I got nothing for my car and was conned into purchasing a warranty. It gets better!!When I purchased the car the odometer had 22718 miles. In early July I noticed the brake light was on so I called the dealership. When I tried explaining to the receptionist she was rude and accused me of doing something to the car. After that ordeal the finance person called me later in the evening to apologize and suggested I bring it in to have his service department look at it. I called the service department and was told they wouldn't be able to schedule me until early September. I asked if I there was an opening elsewhere. I was told to try Ford because they all are apart of Fred Beans. I called and was told to bring it in on Aug 12th. When I arrived the morning of Aug 12th the service tech told me they didn't service BMWs, and I should take it to a BMW dealership.I informed the Tech that's impossible because when I was conned into purchasing a 6000.00 warranty I was told I could bring it there to have it serviced, and wouldn't have to pay a 100.00 deductible. I waited until the sales department opened at 9 only to be told that the Kia service department couldn't service it and perhaps I should try a BMW dealership. At this point I was getting frustrated because I didn't want to ride around in a car not knowing if the brakes would fail. I googled the nearest BMW service center and headed to Mt Laurel NJ. The staff and service was totally different from what I had just experienced. After their tech checked the car I was told I needed back brakes and my brake line needed flushing. I was really confused because I had not drove the car that much for it to need back brakes . The odometer read 24825, which is a little over 2000 miles from when I purchased it. Shortly after arriving the sales rep from Fred Beans called apologizing for everything I had gone through and ensuring me that he personally inspected the car prior to me purchasing it. Initially he was very under standing and said he would talk to the GM about getting me reimbursed. He once even claimed he was waiting on the accounting department to cut the check. It's been a month and I haven't received anything. I left several messages on the GM voicemail and he doesn't respond. I am a 60+ black female who feels like I've been taken advantage of because of my race and age from the day I walked through the door of Fred Beans Kia in Langhorne. Not only was I tricked into purchasing a warranty I was treated terrible by the receptionist and my concerns ignored by the GM.

September 05, 2023I had an amazing experience with Fred Beans purchasing my new 2023 KIA Niro SX-Touring in runway red. While many other dealers are charring thousands and thousands over MSRP Fred Beans did not. They were honest and far with their pricing and did not try to use and sales tactics on us. In fact, they were able to provide us with incentives to purchase our new Niro. Sometime this winter we will be in the market for another KIA and Fred Beans will be our only stop. If you are in the market for a Kia or any of the brands that Fred Beans offers, I would recommend giving them a try. Also never forget all of the dealers that wanted to charge well over MSRP and avoid them even when the market corrects itself. Raceway Kia tried to charge me a " market adjustment of 5000". I will tell everyone I can, to avoid at all costs. The only thing I'm bummed about is, I didn't get to bang the kong. Oh well maybe next car.

I purchased my vehicle from Mike and he made it easy and quick. Since they were so nice, I been going back to have service done. You can easily schedule it online, do night drop offs and even pay online so pick up is fast. They even give you update texts which other dealerships didn’t do. John was the last service guy I had was very nice and helpful.

This is our third Kia from Fred Beans Langhorne. We can’t say enough about our salesman Michael R., finance Sean C. and their manager John D. They were all very personable and took the time to listen and provide us with the best deal possible. In addition, they were very easy to work with, professional, and went above and beyond in handling the smallest of details. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically give very high marks to this team!

This place is the worst. Inpaid cash for my car and I have had it for 7 months and only put 400 miles on it because it's been in for repair or sitting in my driveway unrivaled more then I have been able to drive it. They do not stand by their word. They do not cover the repairs as they promise and the used sales manager Brandon is seriously not concerned about customer service nor the fact they sell cars that obviously have serious issues and he refuses to stand by the word of the salesmen. Please do not buy from them. If you value your money you work hard for.

Service dept was professional, efficient, and best of all, solved the problem of a creak in my driver door in less than an hour when I had it at a different dealer that tried 2 times and made the problem worse. John was great.I’m also in the market for a new car and will come back here for my purchase. The dealership is new, clean, and the sales team is informed and low pressure.

Great experience! We recently bought a minivan here. We love the car but the dvd player wasn’t working. We called our saleswoman Chelsea and she immediately put us in touch with Brandon. The dvd player was fixed right away and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received!!!
