Just purchased the new K5 here. Love the car and the staff is good people! They made the process pretty quick and simple. I'm really happy with the car and deal I got! I seen another nearby Kia dealer try to mark up the price of all their vehicles by 3k for "market adjustment". None of that BS here!
Also they have the best selection in the area which is why I came here in the first place and whether you're leasing or financing you can basically figure out your approximate payment all on the website. If you're looking for a new Kia definitely come here for a good deal!

I went into the dealership over 2 weeks ago because I had an interest in a 2024 Telluride. First, my husband and I walked the entire lot and back before anyone even approached us, okay, maybe you’re busy. We did finally have a sales associate help us and brought us on a test ride. I absolutely loved the car, but the model and color I wanted wasn’t currently in their stock. That’s perfectly fine as I wasn’t in need to purchase that day. Well, half way through the test ride I realized the sales associate never even told us his name, I won’t say here, as I’m not trying to ruin peoples lives. From that point it was weird and awkward it’s almost as though he didn’t want to sell me a car or didn’t take me serious. I left the info, even spoke to a manager who said “ it’s not if we get you in a car but when. We will follow up with you next week”. Well.. it’s now almost 3 weeks later and not even an email, nada. So, I just leased the suv I wanted with my terms at one of your competitors and that experience was amazing. It’s sad because you lost money and I will never deal with your dealership again. First impressions are everything and with the amount of money I’m spending I’d expect a little more from your dealership who basically wasted my time. I hope you learn from this and do better. At least do as you said and follow up because if you did , my money would have been spent at your dealership, not your competitors.

They had my vehicle for 2 months and couldn’t “find the issue in my 19 sorentos front end! Still shakes, supervisor nick denied me to bring my vehicle back to them “said it would be best sense we couldn’t find the issue you take it elsewhere”! Service advisor I had was ali he was very nasty! Bottom line on my review is your recording is misleading u DO NOT STAND FOR CUSTOMER SASTIFICATION. Do not take your car here!

Do not go here for a service anyway they are the worst of the worst they don’t know nothing you will leave with more problems with your car then before !!! They are rude and attitude all they can say to you is I don’t know

Great service! I did not feel pressured into buying, they wanted to work with me for the best deal. I would definitely go back to buy again. Chae and the team were amazing.

This is my 2nd time to try to deal with this dealership. I thought this was a respectable dealership. They tried to sell me a car that had issues that I wasn't told of until later. Then the salesman was trying to push me to pay the car up front before being fixed and then said someone else was interested, so I had to move fast. Pressing someone, is not a good tactic in buying a car. Mr. Fred Beans should be so proud of how business is run at his dealerships.

My boyfriend and me visited Fred Beans Kia dealership today, we drove 3 hours just to come down here and get the car that he wanted. Since the moment that we called the staff was all very kind and understanding of the drive that we were taking. We got to the dealership around 7:30pm and they were super nice. I want to give a shout out to Eric “Big E”. He was able to accommodate us, explain everything in a very simple and straightforward way as well as making it easy to ask him any question we had & doubts. Thank you so much to this team for making our purchase a whole lot easier & exciting.

I am just so beyond frustrated with the service department. You had my car for a recall the whole day YET you still didn’t fix it because you are so incompetent that you did another car the same year as mine and forgot about mine. This appointment was made months ago and SHOULD have been top priority to you since if not replaced the engine could catch on fire. You have had my car multiple times over the past months and when I picked it up last time half the dash was lit up which wasn’t before. Let alone when you “fixed” it the first time my tire became unattached from my axle. Good thing I wasn’t driving down the road since I would have been in an accident due to your negligence! Funny how I took my Kia to a tire dealership and they were able to fix the car properly in ONE day!! Not a week like you had it and my car actually feels safe to drive.

Hakim Thomas was an excellent salesperson from the moment I arrived until the moment I left (which was long after the dealership closed). He was attentive, knowledgeable and understanding during the buying process. He put me in the exact car I wanted and I left very happy. I would recommend not only Fred Beans but Hakim as my salesman any day of the week!
