BEWARE. I would leave negative stars if I could. My experience with Fred Beans Service Dept has been horrendous. I'd go somewhere else but it's the only Ford dealer in the area. We have a 2021 california special mustang. We had to get our windsheild replaced and had to call them multiple times just for them to order the windsheild and schedule an appointment, to then find a small dent which we believe happened while the car was in their care, and an open safety blade on the leather seat. Then had to take it in for inspection and tires and they put regular oil in it instead of full synthetic (which is the only oil that is recommended), scratched our rims, broke an air valve on one tire, which is now leaking air after just paying $1600 for tires. Complete negligence and incompetence from start to finish. I'll be placing a better business bureau complaint and a charge back on my credit card, and filing a lawsuit if necessary.

Sales rep Mike Morrin recently helped my wife and I with leasing a 2024 Elantra. This is the fourth Hyundai we’ve leased and the experience was delightful. Mike is an excellent listener and helped us to pick out the right car for our needs, thoroughly explaining the features and demonstrating those features on a test drive. His knowledge of the Hyundai cars is extensive so he promptly took care of our questions and concerns. Mike’s professionalism is obvious and we felt very comfortable with him through the entire process. Our son has also used Mike for his last two leases. The Fred Beans franchise is fortunate to have such a great staff member and gentleman as Mike Morrin.

First negative review I have ever written. Please do your homework and review the negative reviews here. They sold us a Cargo Van with Certified Blue Adavantage Warranty. We had issues with rear differential 24 hours later. We took to our local dealer 7 hours away and found out the rear differential was replaced by Fred Beans through AAMCO transmissions. Our dealership needed assembly number to cover it under warranty. Turns out the part came from a salvaged 2020 transit that had been in major accident. None of this was on car fax nor disclosed at time of purchase. They offered us a 1 year warranty...but the differential would never be covered according to our dealer and Ford. Ford offered to put a new one in for us but we would have to pay 1/2 the cost and we were now suspect as to what other items might be wrong. Initially a sales manager said we could return (7hrs) but at our cost. We really wanted to keep the Van and were willing to work with them. They paid the diagnostic fee while The General Manager insisted in several emails we were wrong, our dealer was wrong. Even Ford was willing to replace it understanding it was not covered. We engaged ownership initially as the GM did not return our calls. Ultimately, They did unwind the deal and came to pick up vehicle this week....ironically, it was relisted for sale on Sunday on their site for 3k more WITHOUT the warranty. Carfax that has been updated showing AAMCO service...Dates on carfax are incorrect and service history is inaccurate. They refunded our money because they knew we were correct. Not even an apology. Very sad. This is all factual. We have all of the recepits and correspondence. We learned so much...one being is carfax is useless, we should have noted their F & C- BBB ratings, paid more attention to the negative reviews, and to be patient in buying a used vehicle. Let a dealer you TRUST find what you need.

Went there today with a very nice trade in. I know many people in the business of buying cars and selling cars for a living and all of them told me my trade should be valued at $20,000. I went there because they had a nice truck that would suit be and my family very well. When they looked at my trade, they came back with an offer of $15,000. I did not accept the offer and when the salesman heard what I wanted he actually laughed. Not a good way to do business. Will never be returning.

They sell Lemon car meaning your brand NEW car is defective and the transmission needs to be replaced after running 5 miles. And they never take the responsibility nor customer service, it’s all on yourself, and they called it’s “unlucky”

May be the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Two appointments for an "urgent" recall. First one they never showed to get my car, after they confirmed via text and email and second time they pick my car up but when I call about it they say it's not done as they don't have the part. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Austin in sales was exceptional!! His communication was fantastic he always kept me updated throughout our process of purchasing a new vehicle and trading in ours! I was very pressed for time and Austin was so understanding and able to work everything out so my time was utilized accordingly! This was the smoothest and fastest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Thank you for all your help Austin!

Bruno walked me though my options and made the process easy, would recommend asking g for him when looking for your next vehicle. My f150 hasn't had any surprises with it, overall quality truck.
