DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They treat their customers like TRASH!!!!! After being disrespected in the showroom I should have left but I really wanted a car. Not only was I told the truck was going to be there only to find out it sold a week prior. They offered me next to nothing for my trade! Worst experience I have ever had!

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Fred Beans my wife and I were greeted by a very friendly sell’s person named Steve who is a true professional he took his time with us and explained everything we needed to know we ended up buying a truck and are very pleased with it I have only good things to say about Steve and Fred Beans dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly suggest you check them out first you won’t be disappointed thank you Steve and Fred Beans God bless!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FEOM HERE!!!! THEY SELL LEMONS!!! They sold me a truck with issues and refuse to fix if unless I pay for it. The truck was giving me issues from day one and no one wants to own up to the mistake and fix the truck. They had my truck for 3 days and did nothing but try to charge me. I talked to 5 different people and they all said something different from each other. No one knows what they’re talking about there. They’re all clueless and my truck still isn’t right. Kevin smalls is the worst salesman, manger Paul, Greg and Goerge all have no idea what they’re doing. Glen the service writer is just another guy behind the desk. Worst place ever. They will delete your reviews. This is the 3 one I’ve written. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!

I feel sorry for the employees of Fred Beans they have shoddy online service, are not trained to reach out to customers either. They don't return calls or text messages properly. Have no idea how to email estimates of work being done.I feel as if I was promised great service at drop off and a quick return of my vehicle.They did not back up their promise, kept my car for over three weeks, without offering a loner car. My charge was almost $4,000 for an 8yr old car with 90,000 miles on it. I forgive Fred Beans for this error, I hope they treat others better and learn from this mistake!

I truly dislike the way this dealership does business. I regret buying here. Everyone except for Billy, and Justin are terrible. However 2 good employees do not make up poor business practice, or for the fact that they have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now, with a lot of "we'll see what we can do's". In my opinion, and mine alone, I'd have bought somewhere else if I'd have known this is how things are conducted.

Personally, I felt they were misleading and didn't listen to what was offered. Based on the way they handled a possible sale, a decision was made by me, that I would NEVER do business with them; I simply could never trust any representation. Also my research indicated they were significantly higher then other ford dealerships. The above is my opinion only.
