Staff members were walking around and eventually asked what I was hunting for, and two awesome dudes helped my partner and I find a really weird type of screw on a wall of thousands! Affordable prices, and helpful, kind staff. Saved us a lot of grief.

Appliance buyer beware. Do NOT purchase appliances from Lowes unless you are willing to expose yourself to risk. We went away for the weekend after taking delivery of a new Maytag dryer and discovered upon returning that it did not work. With Lowes two day return window, we are now stuck in a weeks long warrantee situation with Whirlpool/Maytag, still not resolved. Lowes delivered a dryer that does not work and has my money. Maytag has not fixed the dryer yet. I called Lowes customer service to appeal my case, but they are not budging.

I recently had probably the most ignorant experience at Langhorne store. I purchased a Samsung otr microwave within 60 hours of owning the product it turned out to be defective. I contacted Samsung and they instructed me to take it back to lowes in doing so I have to find out that lowes changed its policy on appliances to 48 hours so they refused to swap out for the same product or even refund my money. The manager " bobby "
Said that there was nothing that she could do for you. She then goes on to reprimand me for not paying attention to there store policies. When clearly lowes contradicts its own return policies. Lowes policy clearly says that they accept returns of electronic products. The microwave is electronic and is wifi capable. To me is absolutely electronic not to mention the definition of electronic starts with plugging in a component. On top of all of this I have to wait 7 plus days on another return that was clearly labeled wrong. It seems that I have to pursue this matter on other avenues if it's not resolved Monday morning. I spend lots of money and customers money in all home stores in the area as I am a professional contractor and never have had this treatment.

The only helpful employees were the lady in household cleaning dept, and the lady in lawn and garden (because I cornered her). Seemed to be plenty of peopledoing absolutely nothing. Not one cashier. Lowes decided not to hire me, but wanted me to do self checkout, so I dropped my items and left the store.
I will try home depot or harbor freight

As a business owner in construction I visit Lowe’s and competitors often . I received the BEST customer service today. Alan Leybman was extremely professional, took his time to explain different products and compared them for me to make the best decision. Top notch employee.

We went to Lowe’s today ( 7/4) and we were there to purchase appliances for our new home. I asked Ed in appliances to help us, and from start to finish he was incredible! Kind, patient, and made sure our purchase for four major appliances was seamless. Hoping he is recognized for his hard work, not only working on a holiday, but for his friendly demeanor, and attentiveness to help us out. We will be back to purchase our washer and dryer from Ed!
