Shipping here, when Kristina/Christina is working is a breeze. Other workers (I’ve yet meet all) are not as detailed or helpful/friendly. I had a great clothing option chosen and asked for a second pair. I specified exact cut/size/color. My fault partially for not following through and simply trying them on, but the worker was INSISTING it was correct. Got home (30 min drive) only to find out they weren’t boot cut. Now the store is outta stock and I’m told won’t restock until Fall 2024 and online is outta stock too. Very unhappy that a store can’t carry products and assist properly.

The ladies there was very helpful, very knowledgeable took their time out to size me and even gave me a store that carry my bra size due to They didn’t carry my size in store and or
online. I really appreciate the ladies there they help me so much.

Stacy was amazing! Very helpful too. I was sad when I found THE pair of pants for work but only one was left in stock in my size but I don't blame her for that, these things happen. :)

I had purchased an item online that was the wrong size and the ladies here were so thoughtful, friendly, and most important patient. The sales lady took her time and helped me to find exactly what I needed. This is the store I will always return too simply because of the hospitality and organization of store.

This staff at this location consistently disappoints. I walk in and there’s no greeting. Someone else, of a different ethnicity walks in and the staff falls all over themselves to greet them. I will never shop here again.

Clothes are overpriced, shopped the clearance $10 racks! Staff not very knowledgeable, we were looking for shorts and tanks this time, regular price, told they didn't have any. We dug around and found them ourselves. Since we weren't spending hundreds of dollars they weren't interested in helping us.

I went to Lane Bryant to shop for a black blazer for my birthday weekend. The sweetest associate by the name of Ms. Kim helped me from start to finish. She was so patient with the whole experience. She helped me match the perfect outerwear to go with every outfit I previously bought from other stores. I went in looking for a black blazer, but came out with the cutest black leather jacket! I couldn't be more happier. I love my new jacket! Thank you so much Ms. Kim for making me feel and look phenomenal!

I am a male Cross Dresser. Older and love ladies clothes. My daughter and I went there and I felt very comfortable. There was a male salesperson who I assumed was like me. I enjoyed being there and only found panties. So I look thru them and purchase a few pairs. Thank you LB for being there
