The blonde lady at the desk is quite rude and obnoxious. I could hear her talking about me DOORS DOWN as I sat down to get my blood drawn. She asked me if I was prone to passing out and then refused to draw my blood. Another extremely kind and hospitable technician stepped in and assisted me with my bloodwork. As I was waiting to finish up my bloodwork, I overheard her screaming “DID SHE PASS OUT?!” Almost in an I told you so type of tone. The technician I had was amazing at doing her job, so of course I did not pass out this time. She took extra precautionary measures and was very very kind with me. Ask for a dark haired lady, in a lab coat, with an accent. She is very great!

Very disappointed with one staff person ...unfortunately I did not have the patience to get her name. My wife asked if she could breastfeed our child immediately after blood draw to help sooth. It was an immediate "No...we can't hold up the room" from this particular staff member. Keep in mind there was only 1 person in the waiting room . After drawing blood , she placed a "pressure bandage" on my daughters arm very tight . Even the other staff member in the room ,who was actually nice and trying to help, loosened the bandage because it was to tight. I find it unfortunate that there is no private area for breastfeeding Mothers.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting the Labcorp in Langhorne, PA, and let me tell you, it was an experience that perfectly encapsulates what's wrong with this country in current times. The two women who work at this location are a shining example of apathy and rudeness. It's evident that they despise their job and would rather be anywhere else but there. From the moment I walked in, their attitudes were absolutely abhorrent. It's almost as if they view their job as a personal inconvenience, and they can't be bothered to treat patients with a modicum of respect. Their disdain for their work is palpable, and they have no qualms about letting it show. When I approached them with questions or concerns, their responses were curt, dismissive, and downright unhelpful. It's clear they have no interest in providing any kind of customer service. Instead, their default mode seems to be pushing you out the door and onto someone else's plate of misery. They'd rather send you to another Labcorp location, making you someone else's problem in the process. In the grand scheme of things, I suppose I should be grateful for the opportunity to escape their toxic presence. Perhaps somewhere else, I'll find professionals who actually care about their job and the people they serve. It's a sad state of affairs when you can't even expect basic courtesy and professionalism from a medical facility. The Labcorp in Langhorne, PA, should seriously reevaluate its staffing choices if it ever hopes to provide a decent experience for its patients. Until then, I'd advise anyone to steer clear of this place and seek healthcare services where they're actually treated like valued individuals rather than inconveniences.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR BLOOD WORK! i have a history of medical professionals having extremely hard times finding my veins, traumatic experiences with other labcorps trying to draw blood by stabbing me NUMEROUS times. this place is clean, no waiting, quick, & Natalia who took care of me made me super comfortable & did an amazing job with drawing my blood all in one shot. 10/10 will always go to this labcorp to get blood work.

I wasn't given all of my lab stuff so when I brought the ones I had back the lady upfront was so rude talking down to me and everything when the other lady ( very nice ) went to get the new kit for me the other lady followed her to the back and I could hear her complaining .... I have been sick for a week now and trying to get answers they made me feel so small and stupid how she talked to me .... I walked out and took myself over to the e.r. to get answers . I was made to feel so small and was so embarrassed . Go somewhere else for your labs if ya can

I'm happy anytime I have to have blood work done. I like it to be here. The staff is always so nice and they make it very pleasant.I think it's easier if you make your appointment online first away, there's no delay . I had a very good experience. The only thing that's tricky is trying to find the place !

I just had the best experience going here to have blood drawn. Haven’t been in years, but today’s visit will change that. Had the most friendly, competent, professional lady take care of me, named Kimberly. Great visit, thanks!

The phlebotomist was not nice and lacked any bedside manner. I brought my one year old and I regret it. I understand Peds is not easy but you could show a little empathy. Labcorp should not offer Peds if they can’t handle it!
Update: Went to a CHOP lab instead - what a different experience. Paying the extra copay is worth preventing a traumatizing experience for my child.

The wait was long, the technician was curt (if not rude!) and the only test kit for the test I needed was expired. When I asked when they might get new ones, I was told..."my boss doesn't order them any more. You'll have to call around to different Lab Corps and ask if they have any"!

If you need testing for a child with a disability, do not go here. If any training was provided to the staff, it was woefully inadequate. Also there is no way to communicate with the site before your appointment so if you need accommodations for a disability, they don't know until you get there.

I recently visited this location. I had a horrible experience. The technician I had, never bothered to find my vein and just jabbed my arm. I immediately felt pain. She never gave me any instructions as to make a fist, or release my fist., As they usually instruct you what to do. Upon completion, I was not advised to put pressure on arm. She immediately slabbed a bandage on my arm. I left Labcorp, only to return 15 minutes later. I asked another tech to help me. She gave me ice and re applied a bandage. When I removed the bandage I noticed a significant amount of blood on bandage which I have never had before. My arm was very discolored. I have visited this location many times before and always had a good experience. I was very disappointed .
