I've been here 2 times and both times have been bait and switched. The first time they would not honor the price on the price tag and said that the price went up in the computer and could not sell it for what it was advertised for. The second time, today, they ripped me off again. They would not honor the sale price on a shirt. The sign clearly states 19.99 for dress shirts, so I picked out 3 from under the sign, and they charged me 39.99 for one of them saying it wasn't part of the sale. I will NOT be returning to this store. Their practices are illegal and this store is not a good representation of the brand.

Naturally needed a new suit for an event in 24 hours. Walked in, and was greeted and helped by Dylan. This dude was aces-he understood my urgency and found a perfect suit that matches and looks great on my particularly difficult to buy for frame and build. His professionalism and calmness helped me to remain calm about the fact I had to wear this thing in a little less than 20 hours. I highly recommend anyone that needs a new suit or someone with knowledge and great customer service to talk to Dylan at the Jos A Bank in Flowers Mill. You won't regret it. Everyone was extremely helpful and thoughtful. They laughed at my bad jokes. Can't ask for more. Thanks for saving the day, Dylan! I know where I'll be going from now on for any of my formal attire needs.

I walked in today with my cousins (older men) and we were looking to buy a couple of suits and mind you I’m a regular I buy alot of things from here as gifts and many suits for me as well I also bring everyone to them we come from Philly and jersey just to buy here. I wanted to return some pants that I bought and Barry accused of trying steal the pants, he called the cops on us, ON THREE OLDER MEN, I bought thousands worth of things from here and brought so many customers to them and this is how I’m treated. I will never come here again and never recommend them to anyone ever again

My fiance and I came here to get our suits for our upcoming wedding. Jim and Barry were very helpful and professional. Jim helped us find what we were looking for. Thanks to Jim our stress of finding our wedding suits was allivated. Jim and Jos A Banks were lifesavers! We will definitely be going here for any future formal wear and men's clothing.

Absolutely horrible. When I lived in New Jersey, I went to the Mount Laurel location, which is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. This store is the complete opposite. Me and my wife went there last Sunday for some shoes and a shirt and I am never going back. No acknowledgment when we walked in (one male and one female working), store wasn't that busy, and even when there was no one else there, the associates didn't say a word and specifically ignored us. Finally, I put the shirt down I picked out and we walked out. I am going to make the trip back to the Mount Laurel location in the future, as I knew I should have to begin with and had been doing. Congrats to this location, you potentially lost at least a couple thousand in sales, per year, for the near future, although I'm sure you don't care.

My husband has been shopping at Jos A Bank for years at various locations. On a few occasions we found the older gentlemen at this specific store rude and not helpful. Today I came in with my father and he was just as rude if not even more. The gentleman clearly does not care about customer service and experience. I wasn't alone in this sentiment as another customer walked of the store frustrated and referring to him as useless. We've had a positive experience at the store before but generally there's no greeting, offer of assistance and a feeling of bothering the staff.

Always a great selection. The clearance rack always has great items as long as you don't mind last years colors, whatever that means. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and will get you into the clothes that fit you properly.

Great place the prices have become more reasonable. But their suits seem to be for kids. Tailored fit, slim cut excludes me from buying. Oh well shop on.
