We had the best, best, best experience at this location. Bianca spent so much time with us to ensure we would find the perfect ring. We’re using a family stone that holds a lot of sentimental value and she was so reassuring and took every precaution. Everyone working was kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment!

I would like to share my experience with having my jewelry repaired & a stone set. I was so pleased with the amount of care & professionalism that went into taking care of my jewelry. Amanda in the shop even came out to talk to me a few times when I stopped in. She explained everything to me & made sure I was happy!! I would recommend Jared for all your repair needs!!!

I had a brand new watch that fell off of my wrist because the one of the links came apart. The watch fell on the pavement and the case was chipped. Bianca at the store in Oxford Valley saw that the links were not put back together properly when the previous person sized the braclet for me. Bianca replaced the watch and sized the new one for me personally. Fantastic customer service. I'll be a Jared customer for life!

Terrible experience. After spending thousands of dollars in this place, my wedding band, my wife’s wedding band & a Tag Heuer watch. Bianca Bell. The general manager told me she would not exchange 2 brand new watches I recently purchased & Im still in my 30 day window.She said there’s scratches on the clasps when I clearly never wore the watches & I received them like that when they took out the links. She said she would exchange the Longines at first then changed her mind. She was condescending & even told me the complication of my Longines watch which is a date change at midnight don’t have to change at exactly midnight. I loved the watch but that was clearly a problem since now I have to return the watch for servicing already & I just bought it.I regret going to this place. Terrible general manager.

Inconsistent in cleaning and inspection process. Bring my jewelry in for both and I'm given them back dirty and with fingerprints on my center stone. I'm told Machine was not warmed up since they just opened at 11am. I brought these in for cleaning, they aren't clean. That's a problem.

Come to Jared in Longhorne Pa. Deanna was amazing, patient and went above and beyond in helping us pick out a piece that was perfect in what we were looking for. She didnt give up until there was a smile on both of our faces.
