Terrible to deal with. Rude, hidden charges that show up 2 months later. Do not deal with them. They will find anything minor to change the bill after the fact.

Never been so stressed in my life working at a job. It's been only 4 days and I'm already frustrated with it. In gates and out gates always take hours to get. The trailer parking area is beyond to small. The lines are the space of regular cars so you'll see a bunch of crooked trailers because it's impossible unless you are a jockey or have two spaces open. The jocys always park a row of chasis so it cuts off even more backing space

The get one star because I can't give zero. After all the hassle to get my delivery scheduled, today was the day. And there's a snow storm. So, I get myself dressed and clear the driveway and my front walk. I keep my phone on and turned up because surely, if there's a problem with my delivery or if it needs to be rescheduled, I'll get a call or an email. My delivery was supposed to happen between 8 and noon. At 12:15, no call, no message, no email. I emailed them and got a short, rude reply: "It's not coming today due to bad weather we'll have to reschedule." No "Sorry." No, "let me help you reschedule." And bad grammar. Geez JB Hunt, at least hire customer service people who reflect well on you, no matter how much you suck. So, I call the 800 number. Again and go through the same automated queue. My phone rings 2 hours later. I answer and can hear someone breathing on the other end. I said hello three times and they hung up the phone. I tried reaching out to them on Facebook and they say someone will get in touch with me shortly. It's been awhile already and I know the end of the workday is coming shortly. Peloton says my order will be here Thursday. I trust them but I want confirmation from JB Hunt. I plan to let Peloton know just how bad this delivery company is.

Was driving behind a JBHunt truck on PennTurnpike on August 18 and it emitted an object into my windshield with extensive damage. Got in touch with Sarah Adams who told me to submit a claim and i did. Got a claim number of 19377885, got 3 different quotes as told to, took pictures, and now they wont honor their mistake! I explained that my insurance doesn't cover it, and my situation as a recovering Vet..Not an Honest nor Honorable business. I do not recommend any vets do business here nor work for this company.

Brokers here call you all day starting at 6am acting like tql take you off the load cause you don’t pick up in the early morning hours when your office not open and the load don’t pickup til 12 hours later
