They came out relatively quickly to fix the small repairs I needed (new faucets and toilets installed) and did a great job. I couldn’t ask for better work, which is why they get 3 stars. The real issue I had was a leak in my shower that renders my shower unusable. They stated multiple times they would follow up and call me back about a time to review/repair. I have not heard back after multiple return calls, so I cannot fully recommend this company. I am now on the search for a new plumber. :(

My family and I have used Hollingsworth Plumbing & Heating many times for both our business and our residential plumbing needs. I completely trust Jim and Rick to be fair, professional, honest, and do perfect work. They are straight shooters and never take advantage of you or overcharge you. They are always on time, the price is within the quote they give you, and they are very clean and meticulous. We wouldn't use anyone else.
