Not only did this company run bloodwork from my doctor incorrectly as toxicology when it was standard primary care visit, but I was caught up in a long debate with them with my doctor. Including me receiving a threatening letter demanding payment, similar to what others described. At the start of 2020, I gave up the fight and decided to pay to be left alone. Well, I am STILL receiving bills for the same service and the provided phone number, and subsequent phone number I am directed to don't work. At worst this lab is very, very scammy and at best they are a disorganized mess.

Best place for molecular testing access to convenient and affordable for evryone.Well maintained lab with social distance and sanitizing properly. More over this people very friendly treating patients and took care of me wheen I was at there place.

Never work for this company. They lied to me from the very beginning. They never mentioned that you deal with potentially positive Covid-19 tests. When you are in the building and working they don't give people proper social distance and they don't wipe down or sanitize their computers or mouses (I was there for 8 hours and they never cleaned anything). You would think that a place that is a covid testing area would be extra careful about that. So if you are thinking about working for them, don't.

The worst customer service ever.Unprofessional.I'm not sure if the person who's stick the stick inside your nose he is a nurse.He was unprofessional and you can tell he has a very poor training.

I show up at 12 for the Covid-19 testing. After telling me to come inside for our appointment, we are asked to get back in our cars and wait in line. This is fine but they didn't start testing until close to 12:30. They were very disorganized. More importantly, they were not changing their gloves in between patients! Same gloves worn for all of the cars ahead of me. I pulled out of the line. No way were they going near my son with those type of infection control procedures or lack there of.

This was one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. They were rude and didn’t wear any type of PPE - including masks- when we arrived! When I asked if they could wear a mask the one woman rolled her eyes and said that she “guesses she could find one”. While I cannot attest to their level of service during times outside of a pandemic, I definitely would not recommend this company at all right now. They clearly have no regard for the safety of their staff or patients.

horrible customer service. Could not get my tests results even after 48 hours. Phones are answered(when they are answered) by non speaking English reps. 3 times I asked for the suite # and they kept giving me the zip code. Do not use this labI I am reporting them to the Board of Health because they have put my health in danger by not getting me results within 48 hours!

Great People. Labs is one of the most frustrating areas for providers. I've dealt with a lot of labs and none of them are perfect. However Genesis has done a much better job than the others.
