if i could put a zero i totally would!!! i went to FYE yesterday, twice. both times i felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. the manager, sarah made me feel like i was stealing or something. she continued to stare at me and watch over me. this isn’t the first time she’s made me feel a certain way when i went in. i go in there often. sometimes she’s there sometimes she isn’t. when i went in for my last trip of the day, she kept giving me the dirtiest looks when i was paying. she was watching my every move. never will i go back!!!!!

I like the items we can obtain from the store. Be careful with the check out process, you can easily get duped into purchasing the membership, and feeling awkward at the register. And if you do purchase a membership, the magazine subscription is a different process to cancel.

The managers there are miserable, I had a particularly bad experience with one when I bought an AirPod case for my AirPod pros, it didn’t say anything on the box about which AirPod type it would fit so I asked the manager and she said it would fit both. So I bought it and tried to put it on in the mall and it didn’t fit. S I went back and tried to return it, but she kept dodging my request by taking my AirPods and the AirPod case and trying to force it on herself. While also making up a clearly fabricated story about how she, “got the same one for her niece and got it on her AirPod Pros for her.” I ended up getting really uncomfortable and just left with the case, I ended up spending two hours trying to get the case on myself and it never went on. So for anyone reading this review don’t trust the things the managers say at this particular FYE.

The big obese woman was very rude and nasty to me and my daughter. She tried to get us to sign up for a membership, but when we noticed the $15 monthly fee in the fine print, she began to get berate us. Avoid this place at all costs.

Used to be good until I went there today and saw that they killed their dvd shelves. They even got rid of their used DVDsIs every FYE store turning from a big movie and music store into a generic pop culture store.This FYE (and likely some others) will never be the same as it used to be anymore

I love fye but me and my bf shopped at this location a little while after the holidays and my bf’s card was charged for a “backstage pass” that he was apparently signed up for during our visit. the girl checking us out made it seem like a normal free store card definitely not a monthly subscription. beware of this

Decent amount of vinyls, however I was signed up for a monthly membership card without being told. Simply was offered a 10% discount for providing a phone number.

I miss the old days of FYE that focused on multimedia. Now there's a small DVD section of movies and a little section of vinyls and the rest are all Funko pops and collectibles. It's still a fun store to visit.
