I am not a person that changes my mind nor is high maintenance. I make a plan, was very understanding and patient throughout the months to wait for the renovation of my kitchen. It is not a huge kitchen. I never complained and cooperated completely with the timeline. Overall they did start within a couple of weeks of initial estimate. They were courteous. There was an error of not ordering under counter lighting as requested. It was remedied in short time.The good news. There was a missing drawer pull when the order was placed. I was told that they would place it with next kitchen order. That was approximately 8-9 weeks ago. The original pulls did not take that long! IT is not as much about the pull, albeit the one drawer I was excited to use is unusable, as it is the complete lack of response. I have texted and called at least 7 times in the past weeks. I am in sales. I am in customer service. It is about DETAIL and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. The voice mail which is constantly on says the call is recorded for quality and that they care about my call. I think now that the kitchen was completed, the money was gotten (28K) and so much for me. I always balance my feedback. Being ignored is insulting and bad business. Does anyone know if Fine Cabinetry shut down? Wouldn't that be on the message?Services: Remodelling

Really happy that we used Neil and his great team of Steve & Mike for our kitchen remodeling. They really went out of their way to give us great service & quality all along the way. They obviously care about their work and their clients. Everyone that sees our kitchen (including us) is wowed by it.

The owner really wants you to be satisfied with your finished project. We had a total remodel, including removing a wall. We had a few glitches and small changes along the way as it goes with an older house, but were offered solutions that worked. In the end we were very satisfied with our kitchen.

We recently totally gutted and renovated our kitchen with Fine Cabinetry. Neil and his crew were beyond helpful and responsive throughout the process, from initial design thru final installation. We weren’t certain how we wanted to redo the kitchen and their team helped us put together a kitchen we really love. Installation went on time and as promised. Neil’s crew did an outstanding job and even let the dogs out during the day. When one of the cabinet doors arrived with a scratch, Neil personally came out, inspected it, and ordered a new door - no issues. After installation was complete, they called several times to make sure everything was ok. We were beyond happy with the service and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors (actually we were referred by a neighbor who had her kitchen totally redone by them as well). Highly recommend and would use them again without question. Great work and thanks for a beautiful kitchen.

Terrible experience! We paid in full for this company to make repairs to our existing kitchen cabinets. After numerous phone calls attempting to set up the installation appointment the gentleman finally came out to our home with the custom parts. He attempted to install the parts but they did not fit. He said that he would have to return to make additional adjustments to the backsplash and molding. We also knew that we would pay additional for the installation which was acceptable to us. Several weeks went by until a follow-up appointment was scheduled. Two hours before the appointment for which we re-arranged our schedule, we received a phone call saying that they were short-handed at the store and had to cancel. The gentleman was told that we were unhappy with the first attempt at installation and he said that he would be in touch with us by the end of the day to set up another date. That phone call never occurred. Approximately two weeks after that date following numerous unanswered messages, a very belligerent woman flat out told us that they were understaffed and no one would come out to install the parts. Right now we sit with an unfinished kitchen, cabinet parts in our garage where they left them and we are out over $318.00. An appeal to this company has fallen on deaf ears. No one should be subjected to this type of poor customer service and we recommend that potential consumers look for another vendor.

Fine Cabinetry just remodeled my powder room...it is simply stunning. This the third major project they have done for me (my master bath, remodel of kitchen). The workmanship done by their subcontractor, Bob Swift, is top shelf. I'm so pleased...it is exactly as I wanted. Thx to all, Chris, Beverly and Neil...I highly recommend Fine Cabinetry.

The owner provided continuous attention and follow-up through out the whole project. The on-site contractor exceeded my expectations with his attention to all fine details. The quality of the design, service and workmanship surpassed our expectations. Every phase of the project was done timely, efficiently and meticulously. Neil, Chris, Steve and his son were great. They have a great store and good service. Good use of computer modeling and very good selection. Even though the job encountered some very unexpected challenges and trouble with the cabinet factory, we still got through the process with an excellent outcome. They never wavered and stood by their work until it met my stringent satisfaction. The social media reviews (from my friends) of the pics I took and posted say it all. JSR

Recently, I purchased new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops from Fine Cabinetry. Kari Budd, our designer, was incredibly helpful and supported us as we installed the kitchen cabinets ourselves. Her suggestions turned out really well and we are more than satisfied with the design and cabinets/counters. Overall a great experience. Love my kitchen!

Fine Cabinetry provides attention to detail and the impeccable ability to go from concept to creation to completion all while ensuring the customer is HAPPY! And I am ecstatic. My dream kitchen is now a reality - I LOVE IT - oh, and so does my husband.
I'll be going back to get my 1980's bathroom redone.

She is great at planning and asking all of the right questions so your kitchen will come out perfect. She is into the details, which is great.

I would not recommend this store at all. From the reviews I expected a great experience. That is not what happened. I went to this store and worked with Kari. She couldn't be bothered to give us much time and a quote because she didn't feel like it. She said she would email it. Well that didn't happen. When I called the store she told me I was rude to call and ask for the quote. The manager was surprised she didn't give me a quote when I was in the store and that I still didn't have one. BUT he wasn't going to assist me any further. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this store ever and I will advise my friends and family to avoid this store as well.

After a few meetings with Carol and members of Fine Cabinetry team - both at their place and ours - we knew we had found the right company to handle our complete kitchen renovation. By complete, I mean removing everything from floor to ceiling & everything in between! But, before that, Carol showed a huge amount of patience working with us on designing our new kitchen. Between our ideas and what we wanted and her design experience & wonderful computer design program, we were able to design our perfect kitchen layout!
The project started on time and went smoothly. Then, about 2 weeks in, at no fault of Fine Cabinetry, we hit a major challenge that no one could have anticipated. To their credit, Fine Cabinetry did everything possible to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. The one thing we noticed, was that Carol and Neal (the owner who became heavily involved with out project) refused to bend on anything that would have impacted the quality of our new kitchen - even down to the smallest detail. In the end, everything worked out as planned, thanks to their commitment to quality and service.
The experience of Carol and Neal made a huge difference - that's something you can't buy or pay for. The other piece of their team was master craftsman, Tony. I've done my share of construction and woodworking over the years and knew how many things should be done. After watching a good portion of the construction, I was nothing but impressed with Tony and his team. Every renovation runs into obstacles, how those obstacles are addressed & overcome is what makes the difference between an "okay" job and a professional renovation. Tony spent the extra time and always did what was required to get things accomplished the right way. The right way was usually a lot more work, but that never seemed to play a part in his decisions. That is a rare quality nowadays and we are so very fortunate to have had Tony running the show at the job site!
If you want the full package, from design to planning to construction, or anything in between, you can't go wrong with the team at Fine Cabinetry. We just wish we would have found them sooner!
