Hakim fixed a brake switch problem on my car when no other mechanic would. The problem occurred intermittently and did not throw an error code so every other mechanic just gave the car back to me. I was almost ready to give up and buy a new car because during those few times the problem occurred, my acceleration would unexpectedly slow down significantly which can be dangerous especially in the middle of an intersection. At Fastrak they did not rest until they were able to replicate the issue and then provide a fix. There is more to mechanic work than looking for an error code and looking up the procedure in a how-to manual. These are good old fashioned quality values missing from modern repair shops. Highly recommend
